I too, like one other reviewer was highly recommended from a neighbor (who works at the Staten Island Museum) but I called FIVE times and spoke to a receptionist only to be called back after my fourth call!!!! When my call was finally returned, I was told that I would receive another call to check for available appointments!??!???? Anyway I wasted 6 weeks and never got that call during this useless process!!! I was hoping to have my outdoor outlets/junction box before Christmas time (thats why I called 6 weeks ago!) and before the Wintry weather and here we are now in Winter!!! Thanks but no Thanks!!! Will speak to my friends at the SI Museum about this!!!

Doug and Kinetic recently wired my restaurant for a very extensive point of sale computer system. They showed up on time and did a great job with all the wiring.
