If you think the outside of this place looks like garbage, you wont be surprised with the service that you get. Frank is by far the worst guy to run that store and im pretty sure he has no idea what he is talking about. I was literally yelled at by Frank for asking why my car wasnt fixed after I payed for the service. I am currently contesting the charges because this place is all just a scam. They tell you that you need to change this specific part when it never had to be changed. Dont waste your time because you will just end up at another place after THIS place messes up your car, and you end up spending more money. I totally wish I read the reviews before I dropped my car off.

At this location, they will rip you off. They take advantage of people and way over charge. I had a very bad experience and will never go this place again. This has also made me to think twice even to concider other meineke locations. This person Frank says he is in business for over 20 years and he has the right to charge people and says customers should not questions why the service for the same task is double when compare to other meinekes or even more compared to some other shops. My sincere suggestion: NEVER GO THERE.

Had my brakes done quickly... but when i returned a few weeks later to report that my breaks were making god awful squeaking noises.. i was told to "drive around with my foot on the breaks". For 2 weeks i rode my breaks probably wearing them down ... it didnt work . I went back..They told me it was the rain this time. They refused to help me... i wont be going back.

DONT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO GET AN OIL CHANGE! My boyfriend took his car to get an oil change and they did not put the right amount of oil in his car causing his motor to blow...they are 100% at fault for the issue and denied it. HORRIBLE SERIVCE! Never take your car here

Horrible customer service.This used to be my go to for all my auto work needs, i have been going here for years up until they hired some rude and lack of customer service skills front desk lady. I will be going to the 33 Hamilton location from now on.
