Every time I take my (or my wifes) car in for an inspection they BS me into buying parts that I did not need. But if you choose not to buy them they wont honor any warranty work. Last year they charged me nearly $800 for a brake job (which would have been about $250 if I did myself) because they sold me on the 2 year brake warranty. Within a couple months of this brake job my front right brake starts sticking. I take it in and now they are trying to sell me all new calipers, when in reality, all that was wrong was a $10 brake line. I did it myself. I took my wifes mini van in for loud grinding sound in front end. They sold me new tires and a lower control arm. Made no difference. Replaced the wheel bearing myself and that solved the problem for $50. Thanks for continuously wasting my money. Had my truck at another shop 1 month ago for transmission work but they did an inspection while it was on the lift and they told me it was perfect. Firestone now says I need control arm. Con artists.

Prior to todays visit I had the car looked at by the same store on 2/04/2017 prepping for inspection. I took my vehicle to the store for an inspection schedule at 9:00. The car did not make it in until 10:00. I had the prior report siting in with car for the tech to review. On todays visit though multiple steering/ suspensions issues were noted, and not able to pass inspection. In 3 months my control arms and front struts did not go from good to failing condition. The steering/suspension section of the form is not complete from todays visit for my review, and prior to todays visit my light switch work fine but it is now a failure of inspection. Techs were unable to run an OBD emissions control test, however I was still charged for it. I was charged and paid for a sticker today, but did not receive the sticker. It great that the are open on a Sunday for oil changes, but even those take a firm hour. I will say however, that the staff is very friendly and the area is clean

Im a former mechanic so I tend to be distrustful and skeptical of other mechanics, but I absolutely trust these guys. The manager is super nice, very honest, and never tried to sell anything other than what the car really needs. Hell also tell you if your repairs are stuff that can wait or need immediate attention, even if that means not making a sale right away. I never worry about taking my cars there for inspection because I know theyll be honest and not try to rip me off.

THIS Firestone is great its the only Firestone I will deal with and the dude Patrick that works there is great.My car was at another location and I had serious problems so I took it to this location and the dude Patrick listened to what I was saying and got the problem fixed.Not only that he replaced my brake pads and my rotors for no cost after fixing my caliper at no cost,which was the problem. These guys are good and its where Ill always go.

Miss diagnosis caused me to pay $700 for shocks on the front, and it wasnt the shocks at all. It was a sway bar link they fixed that for "free" because it was there messup. Im still in the hole for the $700. They didnt even offer discount the price of there mess up or offer me money back.

Long wait time over 2 hours I came for wheel aligment they said they fixed it but noting changed even they were able to see noting fixed on the computer results I m here for second time and another long wait time even I have an appoitment I dont guess I m gonna come again
