Terrible building design for what these people Do,, Although They put people outside in order to fill in the technical gaps of a drive-thru, OMG Does it work, Very well. The drive-thru is amazing. Regardless How wrapped around or is, nor how large my order was, the line moves very steady. MY Food comes to the widow pretty fast and Im on my way. It runs smoother and quicker than ALL of the other competitors in the area. Ive NEVER had to pull up into a waiting spot while other people get theyre food even though I ordered before them, In drive-thru. I Order, pay, and get my food, like a drive-thru is suppose to be. Tunnerville Chick-fil-a Drive-thru is amazing!!

I ordered a peach milkshake and about halfway through my niece noticed something green in the cup and come to find out it was some kind of bug floating dead in it. My niece and I were scaved out about this. I called the manager Maura and I took this back to show her and she gave me 2 cards for milkshakes REALLY do you think I will ever have another milkshake from Chick-fil-a? Hell to the naw!!! That is truly truly disgusting! Chick-fil-A gets a big fat FFFFFFF from me. Turnersville NJ

This location always has great customer service. Ive gone here a lot and when making a big order, I have had two instances where one or two things was missing (understandable as they are very large orders). I usually check in the parking lot before leaving, but I was in a rush because of lunch break. A chick fil a staff member actually delivered the missing part of my order! Great customer service, staff, and food.

Didnt realize there was a chunk of broken off styrofoam from another cup in my lemonade cup until I opened the lid to get to the ice. And last time I ordered breakfast there my bagel was covered in black particles from whatever dirty surface or toaster they had it on. Too many teens working who talk about getting out early at the drive through instead of doing a good job. Im done with chick fil a.

I love this place the employees have been awesome. I ate here everyday on my lunch break and today was my last day and an employee treated me to lunch today. Thank you so much that meant alot. Ill defiantly keep eating at chick-fil-a wish it was this one but im going back home to Maryland but this one is my favorite everything about this store is great. Great service and great staff. I never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A. food is always good and warm yes sometimes it is crowded if you bring your children expect to wait sometimes the food is that good its crowded. So dont blame Chick-fil-A because you had to wait and your kid was out of control. If you look behind there is a play area for your kids

Good food, friendly cashier. My refill of the watermelon mint lemonade was given as regular lemonade. The cups are different but the supervisor on duty instructed the staff to give it. Next time itll be the tea or regular lemonade for me, that way my refill shall be what i paid for. Why!? Cause Ill get what I paid for LOL.

Best chick-fil-A experience my family and I have ever had at this location. EVERYONE was so kind and friendly. The gentlemen who took care of us Tim was very kind and polite! We will definitely travel to this chick-fil-a for now on because of all the kind people that go above and beyond!

Coming from an area where there are no chic-fil-as this is an awesome restaurant. I dont know how it compares to other locations, but compared to the fast food chains I know this place was a step above. Friendly service and reasonably quick food

Good chicken products. This location is a bit difficult to get to if youre heading in the wrong direction, due to the divided highway. Ample parking lot. Clean restaurant. My issues are with the ignorant policies of the corporate headquarters.

Clean restaurant, friendly staff. Food is always fresh. Tried salads, soups, desserts and of course chicken. Great place for lunch or dinner. I once saw employees walking customers to the parking lot with an umbrella because of rain.
