Ive taken my last vehicle which was a 2007 Ford F-150 to the dealer for routine check ups and services, I was annoyed that everytime id take my vehicle in theyd find some way of charging at least astronomical prices after a tire rotation and oil change every 3k miles, then when I needed a radiator flush I was quoted $500, aggrivated and fed up, I ran into a friend that suggested Tomasellos auto repair. I made an appointment three years ago and continue to have a ll work done here, their prices are fair, the work is exceptional and they make you a part of your repair not just a customer, they involve you along the way. Ive upgraded to a Crown Victoria and Tomasellos was the first place I took it for the check ups... I urge anyone to give tomasellos a try, you get more with sugar than vinegar.

The service I was given at Tomasello Auto left a LOT to be desired. The staff was unfriendly. I was getting a very expensive job done on my car and there was a total lack of communication, leaving me waiting by the phone for the job to be completed. There was also a miscommunication about the final price of the job, and I was told flat out that I was wrong when I questioned the price. I would not recommend Tomasello Auto to anyone on the island looking for a friendly or quick car repair experience.
