The folks at GW Tire are fast, knowledgeable, courteous, professional... basically any positive adjective you can think of fits. They will give you all the information to make a good decision as a customer, and they will support that decision without pandering to you. They spent a good deal of time with me on the phone and didnt make me feel rushed and made sure I was satisfied with my decision before hanging up. Look, you usually dont call a tire place when you are having a great day. Normally it is a bad day, and these guys see a lot of people at their most frustrated, but they help you keep your head and get through the problem. I called at 8:20 AM and had new tires on my Accord by 3:30 PM. And no, they didnt have them in stock. That was research, order, deliver, mount, balance, and install in under 8 hours. My wife called after I made my appointment to see if she could get the tires on the Ridgeline checked due to a wobble (assumed we had thrown a weight). They got all the info from her, agreed with our amateur diagnosis and booked the appointment along with mine and we were both seen and taken care of and spent less than an hour in the shop. Oh, and not to mention they didnt treat my wife any different than me. It should be that way everywhere (it is 2016 after all) but it is often not the case. They didnt try to up-sell anything. I think I booked my appointment with Corey (Im bad with names), and he rocks. This was my second time going to GW, and I should have written a review sooner, but better late than never. Also, to my military folks: NEVER, NEVER, NEVER go to Firestone on base. Firestone are masters of swindle with a smile. Come to GW and be taken care of and treated like a person, not a piggy bank!

I got my oil changed here today. The reason why is because of the reviews and the fact that it was a family business. I think businesses that are owned by families (not all of them) are exceptional businesses. The only reason why I gave it four stars is because the girl at the front desk and the guy who changed my oil said that because my car required synthetic oil, I only needed to change it every 6,000 miles versus 4,000 miles like some other cars. Well, when I went in my car and read the manual, even while using synthetic oil, I only need to change my oil every 8,000 miles. I am certain they didnt mean to lie, but offering that kind of advice is very misleading. It would help if they knew what kind of maintenance was required for my car before offering a misleading advice. Other than that, they changed my oil in 30 minutes! I was very impressed. Their store is very presentable and clean. They had a television that was running a movie from cable television so that was very thoughtful. They had coffee and magazines and comfortable chairs to wait on while you got your car fixed. All of that is very thoughtful and just great customer service. Prior to coming here, I used to go to Firestone in McGuire AFB. Those guys SUCK. I will never bring my car there again for service. I highly recommend GW Tire. HIGHLY. I will come back there again.

I started off my day by getting in my car to head to work. I soon realized I had a screw in my tire that had caused it to go completely flat causing me to be late. It was one of those days where nothing was going right. I ended up looking for a tire repair service on Google which lead me to GW Tire Service. I took my car to them and they were able to start the tire repair within a couple minutes of arriving. The two gentlemen I spoke with had great personalities and joking around with them already improved my day. Within 10 minutes they had my flat tire repaired, installed on my vehicle, and put my spare tire back in the trunk. They ended up doing the repair free of charge although their prices were already low. Whether its because they were trying to improve my day or because it was a discount of some sort; I dont know. I made a point to go shake their hands to thank them for their tremendous help. Either way they had awesome customer service and did their job perfectly and quickly. They have without a doubt earned a lifetime customer. I highly recommend anyone that needs any vehicle maintenance they provide to check them out!

My father took me to G and W when I got my first car and told me to always bring it there and Gary would take care of me. Ive been brining my vehicles there for over 10 years now. His son Corey runs it now and he goes above and beyond for any shop Ive ever seen. I traveled down from Albany and had car troubles and went down at about 5pm (right before they close) Corey told me he would make some time the next day and take a look at my truck for me on such a short notice. It ended up being something very small but its just the fact that they go out of their way for their customers every single time Ive been there. Ive had everything from rear axles replaced, tune ups, wheel hardware replaced etc...They always have taken amazing care of me and I will be bringing my vehicles there till the end of time. Those guys are stand up dudes!

I hate buying tires. Its one of those experiences where its easy to feel taken advantage of, but with snow in the forecast I couldnt put it off any longer. I had called a few places, and wasnt happy with the qoutes, but I was on my way to do some shopping when I saw the shop, and figured Id give them a try. They qouted me a reasonable price on good quality tires, got me in and out without an appointment in 45 minutes including oil change and provided a clean, comfy waiting room for the duration. They had a mini fridge, a Keurig coffee maker, water cooler, and cable TV to entertain. They even gave me a military discount on an oil change. Will definitely return to this establishment.

It is a family owned and operated business that is VERY FRIENDLY and HONEST. I have had everything from a simple oil change to major engine and suspension work done and its always been top quality work with the best pricing. As soon as I walked in and spoke to Corey, I knew it was going to be a good experience.I brought in 3 different vehicles for all new tires in1 day. He explained everything about each set of tires for each vehicle and I was in and out in no time.As a business owner myself, Corey is a great people person!!
