One of those shops that dont call until theyre almost closed. Made a few "small" mistakes eg didnt tighten lug nuts after installing new tires on my truck. Expensive and somewhat shady eg front brakes and rotors on a VW beetle almost $500 ( nearly twice some other places), didnt inform me of the "necessary" brake fluid flush charge. Mostly did a decent job otherwise.

Dont rely on their front end alignment machine! The tech and machine determined that my front end needed no alignment even though the tires clearly showed uneven wear. Went to another garage and found out it was out and they fixed the problem. This is a shock and tire place. The people at the front desk are nice people though

The receptionist is very knowledgeable about auto care and receives customers professionally. She answered my questions about synthetic oil changes and offered a discounted rate for a tire replacement without my asking. She also advised me that the last STS I visited erred and did not replace the undercover on the oilpan.

On our way for a long trip during our vacation the tire pressure in our car had gone down. After a quick search, we chose STS. The staff was friendly and attentive. The entire process from walking in the door to getting back on the road took less then an hour. Great price and didnt over charge for service.

I thought Id never go back but thanks to Frank and his crew, I have faith in Mavis again. Now my lil blue machine has hope again even though I feel like the Whiting Mavis still owes me some.

This is the best shop Ive been too since I started taking care of my car myself. The one tech there named Devin is AMAZING! He got the job done fast and correct! And when it comes to my car I deff want the job done right the first time. So ask for Devin when you bring in your cars!

Reasonable oil changes, buy 10 get 1 free I believe. Staff is very friendly, and kind - they helped me reset my front bumper, free of charge. Recommended! Only giving 4 stars because I have only gone here a few times, so Im not sure, but they may certainly be worth 5!

These guys are reliable and honest!! I have had a Great experience every time I have anything done to my vehicle. Frank is the manager and he is running a top notch place. If you are looking for a mechanic go here you wont be disappointed .

I used the road hazard insurance I purchased with my new tires. They replaced the tire I had a problem with,on my pickup truck For only $41.30 thats the cost for mounting and high speed balancing
