Today, I went to the Post Office to ship out a package with my mother and we were told to tape our package ourselves when the postal employee walked away for a couple minutes. The name of the employee was Maryann. She was very rude to us and laugh at how I tape the package and I stated, "well its not my job to do this". I had never had a problem before with any postal employee. I always ship out packages and just need the postal employee to just tape up a box. She was fighting back with me and than blamed me for taping over my label, which she did. I will never go to Vernon Post Office, because she was very rude and wasnt helpful at all. In a post office you should have great customer service.

This is the worst post office they lost my package July and never found it and never contacted me and today. They said they delivered my package and that was a lie And this is not the first or second time but third. I want to be compensated I would like my paid merchandise very rude people

Items seem to sit here for DAYS. It makes absolutely no sense. Get items out for delivery within a reasonable time period!
