The attitude here stinks. I am referring to the BULTER POST OFFICE> The Bloomingdale one is slightly better. Unfortunately the butler office does not come up on google. Come on, you have a good job working with the public. No one forced you into this profession. Give me a warm welcome, a smile and a have a nice day. That is all I ask. Being a postal employee you can train, but the rest should come natural. You should excel in customer service, patience and communication skill. All but maybe one of the employees there have some sort of decency towards their bloomingdale, butler residents. what a shame none does anything about it

Worst post office I have ever been to. Went there to renew a passport and this woman starts in on me for not having a birth certificate on hand even though the website said I didnt need it. Starts yelling at me "Ive been doing passports for 5 years, I dont care what you saw online". Rude, wrong and unprofessional, and a different post office renewed my passport without the birth certificate so... Dont go here ever.

Worst place ever! Manager is basically useless and should be fired. Seriously how hard is it to take letters and put them in the right box. Ive had more mail lost here then even imaginable. Go down the road to bloomingdale to experience real service.

They get the work done. Even though I didnt have an appointment for passport application on a Saturday , they still took me in and processed my application in 5 mins! Thank you
