The worst ever. Dont make regular deliveries. For UPS Surepost (UPS to local Post Office and then delivered by USPS) packages are entered into the tracking system as being delivered on a certain date but are not actually delivered until up to 5 days later. Some mail is never delivered at all, like my absentee ballot one year. It was at the post office atop a set of pigeon holes. After going to the post office to inquire and being asked what it looked like, I pointed to an envelope sitting atop the pigeon holes and said, "Its about that size. The counter person pulled the envelope down and it was my absentee ballot. Of course it was too late to be returned in time for my vote to be counted. I now drive to Chatham when I need to go to a post office. They are both customer friendly and efficient.

I purchased a money order from that Post Office in Florham Park on March 8th 2017...The money order was returned to me yesterday because the money order didnt make it to its destination on time and I also paid for priority mail which is not guaranteed. I went to the post office to get a refund and Carlos who was really rude refused to give me the money and told me that I had to wait in order to get a refund. I waited 45 minutes and he told that he was $100 short and that I have to wait, the customer service is extremely poor. I also made a complaint to the supervisor there who is also an IMBECILE just like Carlos who stated that she would have a talk with Carlos for the way he spoke to me. I will never go there, they need to hire more professional staff members.

Worst post office!!! this is the second time I mailed something there and it never made it to its destination and this time it was very costly to me because I had to stop payment on two checks.

If i could give zero stars i would ..i paid for express priority overnight mail and my psckage never made it to its destination. Carlos is a LAZY weirdo. Close this place.
