The people who complain about this being the worst post office ever have clearly never been to a bad post office. Sometimes in life you may have to wait in a line for 10 minutes. Im sorry. (Insert crybaby emoji). Hands down this is one of the cleanest, best run P.O.s Ive used. I make mail drops and buy stamps for my business 2-3 times a week. Ive only had to wait in a line a handful of times. In my personal experience the staff has been courteous and helpful. If you think this post office is bad, try using the one in Grand Central, or downtown Brooklyn. Your head would explode. (Insert head exploding emoji). People also need to learn how to print their own postage at home. Save yourself (and everyone else) a little time.

This is the worst post office Ive ever been in. I have to visit it pretty often, and every time I go the workers are totally rude (even worse than your standard Postal Service workers) and amazingly unprofessional. Its normal to hear screaming and shouting from the back, with your window clerk trying to join in on the fun by screaming in response from the front. Ive had someone leave the window directly in the middle of my transaction without explanation, only to leave me standing there for nearly 5 minutes before she returned. Crazy, ridiculous, I wish I never had to go here again.

Totally agree with you Margaret! I have a had a similar experience with the staff, one even paused during a transaction so she could write a long text message on her phone. I think the highlight so far was arriving at the Post Office at 11.30am to complete a passport application only to be told the lady was not available until 2.30pm as she was "on lunch." Sadly, it is no mystery to me that the post office is struggling so badly when people have to interact with locations like this in order to use the service.

3 STARS. Why? since I dealt with 2 different people, one was willing to go out of his way to help, and the other, she only replied that she couldnt help me. Now this is ridiculous! Conclusion: Sometime the right person can make a huge difference.

Aside from some temporary confusion as to whether there were 1 or 2 windows open, it was a quick and easy experience.

How about the fact that I just received a check that was mailed to me in November 2015. That was ten months ago.

This could be the worst PO in history, long waits and no one ever answers the phone

Great place but the service can be a little slow
