Well I just moved to the Verona area, my husband and I arrived this past sunday, and things are such a jumbled mess that Im not really sure of all of my surroundings. im aware maybe i should be, but after moving hopefully someone can understand. Anyway, im in a completely new state and i dont know a soul, and thought i could use a new summer hair style to just help me feel better. my phone located anthony roberts salon, and i called it. im not sure who i talked to, as i dont know anyone at the salon, nor do i know which stylist/s to ask for. i moved from utah and gave him my number, but he put me right on the spot when he asked where i was living. my brain went completely blank, i didnt mean for it to, but it did.. nor did i have a credit card number available to reserve my spot for a simple haircut. anyway, after being yelled at for wasting his time i dont think i can ever call again. i didnt expect to be treated that way. i just thought doing something to treat myself after a sudden move because my husband changed jobs wasnt going to be a huge deal. i understand that it is a busy salon, but i was serious about wanting a haircut. ive never had to ask for a type of stylist before. im sure the place must be nice. hopefully the people are friendly, but the person i spoke to on the phone treated me horribly and actually yelled at me. im sorry i didnt have answers to your many questions, i was put on the spot and didnt know what to say. so no, i will never go to this salon. i think maybe when i get a chance i can hit the city and find a nice place that doesnt treat me like crap because i dont have a new jersey phone number.

My Name is Linda i went to Anthony Roberts Salon on Friday March 9,2012 and got my hair done with Jeff .. just wanted to let you guys know .. i was so unhappy with how my hair came out, the color was gold instead of blond and he ruined my hair cut my hair was down to my waste and now is up too my bra line after i told him to only cut a little bit he also did not give me layers like he was supposed too.. you know i am unemployed i lost my job like many other people have, i had been saving my money get my hair done i figured you guys are reputable and are on tv .. i really thought i was gonna get my moneys worth .. What a disappointment , and when i called to tell you how un happy i was i was practically in tears , anthony told me he couldnt accommodate me until Tuesday.. REALLY i paid you guys 170 dollars and i bought a product for 35 dollars , the only good thing i actually got out of my visit.. i went to another hair salon to see what they would say , the couldnt believe how badly my hair was messed up , the girl felt so bad for me she fixed my hair cut for free.. so sad..you guys did not even offer to refund at least part of my money.. you guys are on tv and really any salon can be on tv and do a horrible job.. the only thing i can say is that i am heart broken.. My hair is ruined and you guys are 170 dollars richer, thats really unfair.. i wish you guys would do the right thing.. You guys are concern with fame that you completely for got about doing a great job.. seriously i wanna cry...

Let me start off by saying that if there were 40 stars I wouldve given Anthony Robert Salon all 40 of them. This is a top notch salon with PERSONALITY. When you walk in you notice right away that you arent in a regular old salon. The place is decorated very nicely and the decor gives you something to keep your eyes busy while waiting for your turn. Before when I used to go to the barber shop/hair salon the 1st thing I would do is plop my but in front of the television and put on ESPN.... but in Anthonys salon there was no need for a TV. The staff are all really friendly and I was only in there for 3 mins before I was included into the conversation that was already taking place. Everyone was great and even though this is an upscale place I felt like I was at the neighborhood barber shop shootin the breeze. I had a great time there!! Oh and my hair looked awesome too!! What a cool place! I will be back over and over again. Anthony Robert Salon has a new customer for life.

I have been consistently happy with my cuts and experiences at this salon. Kristen does a great job and she remembered me and my hair after only two visits. All the other staff are also very friendly and welcoming. I have been there at least 6 times now. Unlike some other reviewers, I have never seen anyone act rudely, I have never had to park farther than the parking lot, I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a scheduled appointment, and I have never been asked for a credit card to reserve an appointment. Honestly, if I had known they were on a reality show before I went there, I probably would have stayed away, but its just a regular, (although nicer than average) place.

Let me start off by saying that to even get into the salon you have to park a block away and go around the back and find the door that has a tiny anthony roberts logo on it. I walk in and I see a dirty wax room with a used towel on the floor. I go over and sit on this beaten up old couch and wait for my stylist. I checked in with the receptionist and was shocked that they dont run on computers! I get my hair washed well barely she just did a 10 second scrub. And then was offered a cup of coffee. I waited as he cut my hair, and I will admit he did an ok job. But the salon was garbage honestly and I will never be going back.

I recently visited Anthony Robert Salon 9 months ago after being frustrated with previous hair technicians that did not know how to cut curly hair. Anthony Robert Salon is a Ouidad certified salon which totally understands naturally curly hair and the products to use. My hair original technician relocated out of state , I stayed with the salon and made my next appointment with Ron. Ron cut my hair two weeks ago...........I love the cut , Ron got rid of my bulk and defined my curls. Everyone at the salon is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I look forward to my next cut with Ron. I love this salon!

I brought my bridal party in this past weekend for hair and makeup (booked last minute), and I am floored with the services given at the salon!!! My guests could not stop commenting on how beautiful my hair and makeup was, and how gorgeous all of my girls looked!! Kristen, Justine, Dina- you ladies bring glam to a whole other level!! To everyone at Anthony Robert- THANK YOU for making us so beautiful and for being so friendly and fun!! You made my day so much more special and I recommend anyone and everyone needing hair or makeup to go see this group!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE your work!!!!
