I HATE SUPERCUTS! Ok so I have never been a big fan of super cuts. They people there have no professionalism, no courtesy and worst of all no idea about how to cut hair. Every supercuts I have ever been to has been a disappointment; and this is the 5th and the last time. The reason I went to this place of no skill was because i was in the same parking lot. the greeting was below average however thats is not what I am writing about. "Gigi" my hair dresser was the worst. When she started cutting my hair there was a problem with my machine, it was pulling on my hair. she kept trying to make the wretched machine work (in the process pulling my hair) for 5 times before she decided she should get another one. Please note at try number 2, I did ask her to get another machine. I am furious but since shes already cut my hair, well I am stuck arent I? So we continue with the new machine, its better. Now when you are using the hair dryer to blow the hair off my face any person with the slightest intelligence would know not to aim it directly at some ones eyes..... Guess what "Gigi" did..... 3 times. I am furious, but i still push through. Now, I asked her to cut my hair short, finger thickness short. During the haircut, i asked her if she could cut them shorter than what she had cut, she responded by saying that if i wanted to get it cut any shorter it would be a second hair cut. I was like fine let it be this length. I was soo disappointed i literally stopped caring. but the worse was yet to come I went home, took a shower... guess what i realize the hair was totally uneven. the hair on the right side is clearly longer that the left. this is the worst service I have ever received. Supercuts guys you people have managed to screw up my hair consistently almost like you guys have a plan. I would not recommend anyone to go to any super cuts anywhere. this place is horrible.

I have been to many Super Cuts and this location gave me a great first impression!. Very friendly and accomadating. Justine was my stylist, best part about her service was her honesty and what needs to be fixed. Justine is great because she knows the most important part of haircut is the conversation during. Hair cuts should be fun and this location made that happen. I was able to get a quick fix on botched neck line from another barber shop. Also if your a fan of Coheed, Taking Back Sunday then this is the place for a fresh cut! Just a heads up the Google Street is the shopping center atop the hill next to Game Stop, thats a mistake the super cuts is located down the hill between GNC and the Wine & Spritis

Not very professional. Went for a hair cut. Wasnt offered a hair wash or a hot towel as Super Cute promotes! Also requested waxing for eyebrows and the stylist did a horrible job. There was another stylist who was very professional and offered everything I wasnt. I guess the service is who you will get. I really wont recommend this location as first option.

This place is not good at all. I tried three times just because it is close to my house. The staff is not friendly, unprofessional, and low skill. They spoiled my hair each time I went. I will NEVER go their again. This place will close soon. I guarantee.
