Walked in and asked to join @ 6:15. Told Id have to wait to talk to salesperson. Front desk could not, or would not, discuss promotion, prices or even let me take a walk around the gym. Waited 20 minutes standing by front door, then asked myself if this was how Im treated when I basically had my credit card out, ready to sign and join, why would I want to be a part of it when there are so many other options in the area. I again told the front desk I was ready to join right now, but couldnt wait much longer. They said nothing they could do, I had to wait for salesperson and no I could not take a look around while I waited. They watched me walk out. Then I got home and looked up poor reviews. So happy I did not join and walked out instead, but what kind of business lets somebody who wants to pay them just walk out?

If your looking for a gym that has everything you could ever want in a gym, then look no further! We have just moved into the area, and I was looking for a place that offered what this gym has (Cardio-machines, lots of specific body area workout machines, group classes for motivation, and a DAYCARE!!) I have a very young little girl, and I find it hard to workout when I have to devote a major part of my day to her well-being. So, I came to check out WoW in Wall, NJ. They have everything I was looking for, and even more! With the VIP package, you get the classes, plus you can visit any WoW gym in NJ. They also offer tanning (unlimited!!) and free daycare services so I can get in shape - 40 lbs lost so far!! Come to WoW in Wall, and youll keep coming back!

I love they play music bc when i forget my headphones i still have music. Only thing I dont like is their price rates comparing to retro $19.99, planet fitness $9.99, and 24hrs gym prices. I believe if im not participating in the extra activites I shouldnt have to pay for it. Im paying $96 for me and my son thats crazy when I asked can I get the $20 rate they told me I have to pay $200 up front to change it remind u I been a member for yr and a half. If my son didnt have to use it for his sports I would of cancled my membership and went to a reasonable price gym like retro or planet fitness. Contracts sucks!!!!!

I joined WOW over a year ago and everything about the gym is good ... what one would expect. EXCEPT the noise. I hate the loud music ... I actually came home today with a headache from having to put the TV up even with my earphones on. Its usually rap music, which I hate anyway. Also, the classes are loud: both the music and the instructors ... seems they think they need to yell. I never went to a yoga class where the instructor used a microphone and tried to talk over the music!!! Ill probably not continue my membership because of the overall loudness.

Gym is fairly well kept managers arent very helpful but the help is always friendly. There is classes weights and a girls only section
