Me and my fiancé were one of the couples that unfortunately lost their wedding venue because of the Atrium going out of business. The acosmopolitan. It only took our business in such short notice (3 weeks out) but they have provided us with the best service and venue anyone could possibly imagine. As soon as we saw the place we thought it was perfect. Newly renovated, great food, great drinks, great location, but what really got us was the above and beyond customer service. Me and my fiancé were helped by Eileen and Scott and both really made the transition as seamless as possible for us. As soon as I left from signing the contract, I contacted 3 couples currently dating to come and look at the venue when they make the decision to wed. This place is exactly how all venues should treat the people they do business with, theyre a great example. I HIGHLY recommend everyone looking to get married in and around the area to look into them, you wont be dissapointed but will have the best wedding you can possibly imagine

I did 90% of the booking with Scott who is fantastic . The venue is very nice and modern. The Maitre d we had was very attentive and made the event special. My guests all raved about the food which was buffet style. My only down fall I experienced was when I emailed about availability for a certain date I was advised it was available and after I booked the place I was advised later that the date was already booked, so I had to change my original date (mistakes happen) even with that confusion I would still recommend this venue
