No complaints about the quality of service and food. However, the womens bathroom was very dirty at 9:30 am when I visited. Glass mirrors were streaky and foggy, sinks/faucets were stained and the wall below the soap dispenser was full of sticky residue. I didnt use the toilets, I just washed my hands, however, I noticed there was toilet paper on the floor of one of the stalls, so I assume those had not been cleaned either. Makes you wonder if cleanliness isnt up to par in other areas of the restaurant....

I used to eat in this restaurant back in the days and it was always dirty but my friend convinced me to come here to eat again now I notice that the floor is always clean and the table also I am surprised that is so clean NOW..... I notice a girl named Margie that works there whos always cleaning the place she is so kind and sweet I really like her because of her Im giving you 5 star... because of her Im going to keep coming here to eat.....

I dont eat here often but when I do I expect to get what I pay for. I ordered a BLT, is was smoothered with mayo and only 2 pieces of bacon on it. I was always told not to send your order back. So I wiped the mayo off with a napkin and after 1 bite of my sandwich it was a LT sandwich. Wheres the bacon. I was charged $6 and change for what?? White bread with lettuce, tomato and mayo. I wasnt happy at all and probably wont eat there again.

Great food, great atmosphere. Comfy chairs for working in and nice loyalty program that gives us free perks or coupons off stuff on the menu. During the holidays they have nice promotion for gift cards. Wish they had more power outlets for times when I bring a laptop. Their wifi is decent though during lunch rush it can be spotty and hardly anywhere to sit.

Once again the service at Panera Bread should was great. The manager was out of the coffee we wanted and was willing to brew a new pot for us which was great. The service from the other employees was impeccable. Wish this one was much closer to home because i would visit all the time.

I ussually like panera bread but this place is terrible. My order has been screwed up the last 3 times I ate there. The staff forgets to give me part of my order time and time again as well. Try a different panera bread down the road.

I met Margie in paneras at the willow brook mall. She is very personable I will comeback often just because of her ways, also like the restaurant. I will come more often because of Margie. I am giving her 5 stars. From Elizabeth.

I eat at Panera a lot. My meal tasted like it was made that morning instead when I ordered it in the afternoon. My sandwich and soup were awful. Went to throw out garbage and no one had cleaned that out either. Wouldnt recommend.

Rude rude rude rude. Staff gets order wrong everytime.. slames plates when serving us. Very unprofessional environment. Roy or ron the manager is a very nice guy dont understand why his employees are so horrible. Never again.
