This place is awful. I would give 0 STARS if possible. I see some have left 5 STARS... maybe they are confusing the car wash that they went to. The exterior wash isnt even worth $4. My car is garaged and typically hand washed. When I dont have time, I go to a car wash (typically the Promenade Car Wash). The reason I went to this one is because they were open and I was in the area... and for whatever reason there was a small line... not sure why... first timers I suppose. I left this place with the same three bird droppings on my car (1 day old). This place does nothing more than wet your car... and you leave with a wet car. The auto dryer at the end SOMEWHAT dries the drivers side, but does nothing on the passenger side. I will never go back. Youd be better off spending that money at McDonalds next door or donating it to the Salvation Army at Walmart across the street.

DISRESPECTFUL OWNER I am never returning. The man who owns this local car wash had the audacity to tell a young lady never to return.She simply asked him to make ensure her vehicle was properly cleaned on the inside, which is a fairly reasonable request since she paid for the service. However, the man replied with, "we do not want your service" and "we get plenty of customers". Its incredibly rude for an owner to treat any of his customers in this manner, and he shouldve handled the situation with more respect to his customer. No customers should pay a dime to be mistreated in such ways; I highly recommend going to The Promenade Car Wash instead.

Went to get my car done with the 27$ option. There use to be a really nice group of ladies working there. Ran next door to the gas station to grab something came back and my wiper on my back window was broken. I did speak to the manager about it. And showed I just purchased the wiper a few weeks ago. He assured me it would be covered. Going back today to see what he says. Funny thing I know he will have a excuse why they cant replace it. Lets see what happens!! The car wash is not like it use to be!

They do a wonderful job cleaning your vehicle HOWEVER, I just left from getting my truck wash about 20 minutes ago and noticed halfway home on my drive that they had accidentally broken the bobble head turtle on my dash board and not only broke it, but shoved the head back into the shell hoping that I wouldnt notice and never mentioned a word about it. If they would have simply told me and apologized about it then I would be a lot happier than them attempting to hide it.

Had to come back to get inside of car done because staff didnt show up for work on time. Went back the next day, sat for 45 minutes to get inside of car cleaned because staff was crazy slow! If they worked as much as they looked at their phone it would be much faster! I used to love this place and was here frequently... now I may never come back!

Ive been there many times since the new owners bought the place. It used to be a dump and my car came out dirty for $20. Now, for $5, it comes out clean and shiny. When I spend a little bit more, my car or truck shines like new. Its amazing how good a job they do. I think its the best car wash Ive ever gone to. The BEST EVER.

No matter what day of the week ... Always a 45 minute to hour and a half wait ... Thats ridiculous... Hire some more workers for Christ sake ... I understand busy weekends but no way should there be an hour wait for just four cars on a Monday morning! Terrible!!

Took my our MDX there and it was perfect when it was done. Friends asked me if i bought a new car it was so clean/detailed Wonderful customer service Great Wash Just bought a bunch of gift cars for the holiday. We are loyal clients!!!

The guys who work here are scumbags. I would never go back. Absolutely unprofessional, crude, and juvenile. And my car was only moderately clean after the $20 wash.

$8.00 car wash go thru and your done. Exterior only many areas still dirty. I wonder how bad it would be if I took the cheaper $ 5.00 wash?

Good for a quick inexpensive exterior wash, but if you want to get the inside done well, look for another option.
