I dont even want to give 1 start for the service I got. I purchased their ULTRA package, which is the best and it said they would take care of everything. 1. Basic cleaning was not done as part of cleaning. There were clear marks of animal waste on my white car. (cleaning the waste was the primary reason I went for car wash) 2. Trunk cleaning was included in the package which was not done initially. When I went in and showed the owner, that was done. That too not clean. 3. Vacuum was not done right in the car. 4. Frames around the door were still dusty. 5. Cup holders were not even looked upon. 6. Wiping the car after wash was finished in 3-4 minutes leaving the all these issues behind. 7. Dont ask me about the cleaning the gap around trunk frame. N, when I asked all these, I had been told I should get DETAILING done, which is expensive and beyond this 25$ package. :( Primary reason for this dissatisfaction is because I had been going to car wash in Iselin, intersection of Route 1 and Green Street. They offered best service. They cleaning the interior of the car would give you a BRAND NEW feeling. VERDICT : Village Plaza Car Wash sucks.

I reluctantly went here after a couple-year hiatus due to a subpar experience the first time. Well, fool me once shame on you; fool me twice shame on me. The tunnel was good, had tons of foam, brushed well, and rinsed the car nicely. My problem is with the customer service of the attendants at the end of the tunnel and the quality of work for which I paid. I got the ultimate package which includes vacuuming, front mat cleaning, deep rim cleaning and more. I had three guys descend on my car out of the tunnel just to pretend they were doing the right thing. The vacuum job was half-assed, the deep rim cleaning wasnt even done, and I had to coax the guy who gave me back the car to put tire shine on, what should have been done already. Fine, I got a decent wash, it was a good day, not letting piss-poor customer service ruin it. Then I get home and open the trunk only to find out it was completely neglected when it should have been vacuumed. To the owner: your lazy, neglectful staff is going to bring your business down. It would be wise to put in some quality control before its too late.

The employees at this car wash have absolutely no respect for your car !!! After I paid for my car wash I sat outside on the bench and witnessed one of the employees getting into my car and then flooring it across the parking lot !! He then pulled up my emergency brake, and proceeded to do donuts in my car laughing and smiling. I work hard for the things that I have paid for!!! Never in my life what I have expected for this to happen. What if my tire blew out and then there was an acciden ?! I would be the one left out of a car, for me to get back and forth to work. I was piss, and curse his ass all the way out. After waiting almost 2 hours for the manager to come into work, I was told that he sat down and reviewed the cameras and that he already had a talk with all of the employees. He then proceeded to give me this bullshit excuse about the tires being slippery. I told him Im far from stupid, I know what I saw !!! I will NEVER recommend this car wash to anyone. And i will NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN !!!

Closes at 6pm? Who had time to get their car washed before going to work. Its spring time!!! Take advantage of the longer days. Open up a hour later. You are the only carwash in the area that closes at 6pm. I like this place pretty good service, but get off at 5. Sometimes later. give me a chance. Im not risking being late for work just to get my car wash in the morning. Also that tire cleaning/shine machine is a ripoff. It doesnt work. If I pay for an ultimate wash I want someone at the end applying tire shine, not a subpar machine. Boss: Hey Kyle, why were you late this morning. Kyle: Im sorry boss, but theres way a line at the car wash and I got stuck in it. Boss: No worries. You will have enough time to get it washed now. Youre fired. Good luck paying that car note. Kyle:

When there on Saturday 7-14-17 to get my truck washed so I can start off my wifes birthday weekend ! Witnessed a horrible car crash as one of there worker was responsible for it ! Crashed into a Nissan. Hitting the lady that was in the Nissan and flipping over the jeep he was in and also crashing into other car parked on the other side of the parking lot Great way to start off my wife bday weekend as she was shaken up and terrified all weekend ! I pray the lady you guys hit survived ! Unlicensed and inexperienced drivers Wont be using those two free deluxe car wash coupons you gave me ! Thanks

Went here the first time and they cant eve put the floor mats back in the right seat. They took off my radio antenna for the wash didnt even put it back on and had to search my car for it. Second time i went there my car was cover in bird crap, i can still see all the crap there, didnt take off my radio antenna. One of my cup holders still had crap all in it. They spray some type of something over the dash and doors, got in the car and sat right in that spray they didnt wipe away the spray. Dont like this place at all. Wont be going back at all.

Was a very frequent customer. Went today with brand new rims on the car that got damaged and scratched heavily. Manager was there and basically told me I couldnt prove anything and that could not have happened there. I would have been ok with the damage if they would have at least done something and apologized. Now I will never go back here again because of the manager being a complete prick. I would suggest you go elsewhere but that is just a recommendation. This place is good until something goes wrong and then their true colors come out.

After spending 24.99 for ultimate service my car was still dirty. It was not vaccum properly, my rubber mats were still dirty which I thought they will rinse it with soap and then wash it off with water. In ultimate service my rims suppose to be cleaned but they were not. I have clicked the pics as a proof. On top of that horrible attitude of the guys who clean the car. I am a regular customer but now I will think twice to go again.. definitely will not refer. Thanks

Horrible staff and service.. They barely did vacuum for 10 sec. I went for their premium wash and its a waste of money. They even broke my back mirror and pretend that it wasnt their fault and the mirror was loosely fit... I was like .....what!!!! When i was firm on my argument.... They gave me a automobile workshop card and asked me to get it done from them.... Totally rude, horrible, shameless people...
