First, I was misinformed to believe that this was a hand car wash. If you are washing a rental, lease or your daily this car wash may be suffice. BUT...if its a car you love and care about go elsewhere. I personally will take the 30 min drive out of my way to go to a different car wash in rahway. The gentlemen that moves the cars up into the machine needs some experience behind the wheel of a manual gearbox. He hit the accelerator too hard resulting in revving the engine, as well as hitting the rails that aligns your tires and bending back my under tray. His response was "its okay." Of course it is because its not your car. Once the car came out of the wash, most washes have a hard time with my trunk so i open trunk for them otherwise they will never wipe it down. I did that for these guys and they still neglected to wipe down the excess water and soap drying down the back of my car. The interior is a whole other issue, I got in my car and left because these folks were rushing people out, literally beeping the horn. Once i get to my destination I noticed the car had dry dirt spots still (flaws of machine washing.) The mats were just thrown back into my car. Dirt still on my seats, in the shifter boot, on the floor carpet. I paid for the GOLD SERVICE which is $20.30 after tax. I can get a better car (hand) wash for $12.00-$16.00. Just poor service and no customer service skills.

After 10 years of being a loyal customer, Im rating this place 1 star. Ive always purchased the Platinum Package and was impressed with the thorough job that was done. Although many reviewers complained of an unsatisfactory job, but these guys generally do a good job on weekdays during off peak. Today I went and got my car washed and when done, I drove off to work only to find my drivers side AC vent broken. One of the workers must have gotten the thread of their towel caught and while yanking it out, several vents broke and leaving the left side cracked. I immediately made a u-turn and informed the Manager, Anderson of the situation. He went and inquired with the employee and came back to me denying that it was them. Upset, I asked who the owner was and if I could speak to them. Anderson contacted the owner and was told not to reveal any information. Pretty shady. I offered to give my info and told Anderson Ill be filing a claim with my insurance company. He said he didnt want it and proceeded to take a pic of my license plate. My insurance company is currently investigating and they also felt it was shady that the owner didnt want to exchange any info. Bottom line, beware taking your vehicles here, especially luxury ones like I did. After 10 years of being a loyal customer, I was given no respect. I would not recommend going here.

The staff is great, however the actual end product is awful. This isnt as much a car wash as it is just a place that smears the dirt all over your car. Every single panel was still dirty and covered in crud as if it was never washed, let alone dried. I wouldnt recommend this place unless youre in a rental,l and just need it to look clean from 20ft away. Tried to save time by going here, ended up having to rewash the car myself. Do yourself a favor and go to the handwashes in Rahway instead if you want a well cleaned car.

Time to find a new car wash. Have used this place for >5 years and have always been satisfied. Last two uses have been disappointing. New owners need to focus on the the services purchased and cut down their upselling. Paid for Platinum (highest) and out of box, they did not vacuum the cargo area of my Escape. Next, the car had soap on the door and I was called to take the car with soap still there. Until I asked why no Armoral, they again wanted me to drive it out. Hope the renovated Car Spa on Central opens soon.

After all the good reviews I decided to give them a try but throughly disappointed. They barely vacuumed and dirt was still left over on dashboard and gear box. Also the air freshener I had in the car, I found it under the seat. Also they knocked off my rear view mirror and they just left it there on the floor. They did clean the rubber floor mat but they left it wet. This car wash is Not worth it...the car wash up the road on 27 is a little more expensive but worth every penny. These guys just plain are horrible

Employees are nice - very polite. The reason why i gave them 2/5 stars its because the way my car was cleaned. When i got my car theres still dirt (mud) on my bumpers, rear window is very smudgy and my windows have finger prints on it. Also, my car wasnt dried properly. I saw only 2 people wiping my car to dry and they only spent maybe 2 mins doing it. For this one i hope im wrong, I also paid for waxing but i ddnt see them putting wax on my car.

Just got my Pathfinder washed at Premier... Did the Clay / Hand wax with my "premier wash" and my Pathfinder looks like new, even after a whole summer of sand, milk (from my daughters bottle), and other dirt all over the car. Make sure to ask for Anderson. Hes incredibly friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and dedicated to making your car look its best. You cant get better service and results for the price... .

Quick and efficient car wash. Love the enclosed walkway that you can watch your car being washed add it goes from station to station, pre wash, soap, washing wheels, rinse, wax, rinse and then blow dryer. Car gets driven out to the exit and then its all hands on deck! A crew of guys jump into the car and dry the exterior, wash any rubber car mats, wash the inside windows. All this happens in about 5 mins! Amazing job always

Excellent Service and outstanding results!!! My wifes Pathfinder was in pretty bad shape after a whole winter of salt and dirty snow. So i went to Premier and asked for the Hand wax "premier wash" package and added the clay bar treatment. Our pathfinder came out looking like new!!!! You cant get better service and results for the price...

My daughters 2004 Honda Element was an absolute mess, so I took it to Premier to have them do a complete detailing. The job they did was nothing short of phenomenal!! I purchased platinum wash and got silver wash done. no tire shine, no refresher, no hand toweled. totally washed my money with this. Also they offered seat shampoo wash for -10$ off after paying then said they can do for 1 seat and rest we need to pay more. after argument they just put on water seat and said wash is done.

The wash itself was great. I deducted stars because the towels they used to wipe down the inside of my car smelled so strongly of mildew, the stench was left behind after they walked away. The moment I got into my car I had to open all of the windows. This was only an hour after they opened.
