I am always as neutral as possible when reviewing for the internet taking into account that my experience doesnt define it overall but I initially gave it 1 star because of the owner who always tries to rip you off (more on that later) but it is technically a good facility and if they charge you as they advertise its relatively okay...so its 2 All the other reviews are 2 or 3 years old I dont know if they changed owners... The very first time I went there with a month old car they left what looked like black gum on the roof that was very difficult to remove. The second time around it was the service. The customer service is terrible however, if you already have a spotless car then perhaps theyll have no reason to over charge you but I had a little dirt from a small flower base that was on the passenger sides foot area (no more than if you had dirt from a hike in your shoes and sat inside). They cleaner said theyre going to charge me an extra $1 on the $11 full service and I said okay thats fine I dont mind. Then he mentioned it to the owner (lady at register) who said: "You brought a dump here" and said: "You know youre paying $18 right" and since I kind of expected this from other reviews and my previous experience, I said no. After trying for a minute she said she thought it was a different car (obvious lie as they specified my car had dirt in the foot area on the right side and you can see the cars through the window). Then she said $13.50 and I wasnt going to let her take advantage so she said if I dont she will call the cops. She said customers were complaining about me (The one old lady behind me was standing there the whole time silent lol). Then she spoke to a guy on the phone in Spanish and she started calling me curse words in Spanish which I understand well enough. She then called me cheap and only because I was running late for work did I agree to $12.50. She only wanted to take advantage of the situation. This is not my first time here. By the way they didnt clean the dirt fully nor the inside of the windows. She may have told them to stop cleaning it on the phone. If I asked for the higher services (which go up to $100 lol) she would have tried adding a few dollars there too.

The lady at the counter is the only reason Im not going back! I wish we were able to rate the service of getting a car wash and the service of hospitality from the employees. The only reason Im giving 3 stars is simply because the SERVICE was pretty good. They washed my car fine and I didnt have any problems with that. If it was for the lady at the counter i would have rated this place a -1. One of the rules in a SUCCESSFUL hospitality business is to well be hospitable... who knew someone like this women can mess that up in less than 5 minutes. Ive been to this car wash a handful of times with my boyfriend to get his car washed and she was always friendly and when we wanted to pay for the car wash she always told us to wait to pay. I guess to look around the store to see if we wanted to buy anything else. I figured it was going to be like that again when I went in to get my car washed today. Not only was this lady rude she was being inconsiderate of her customers. The women was talking on the phone with her husband while I was in there. After waiting a few minutes, shes still talking on the phone, she says "HELLLLOOOOOO, can you pay now". SERIOUSLY?! I was really startled because as a business owner you shouldnt talk to your customers that way. She is literally the face of that business and unless she changes the way she treats her customers Im going to the car wash in the next town over.

My car was was great! Pretty decent job and affordable. However, my rating is only three stars because of the nasty woman at the desk. I see I am not the only one who has experienced this, as many other people have commented that she has been rude to them as well. I went to pay and clarified the cents I owed as I had change and she said it with a very snippy attitude, "thats what I said." I proceeded to go to the basket to pick out my free air freshener and she watched me carefully, telling me not to dig through as you can see all of the different fragrances on top. I was rude back to her saying thats not true, as I found a different one I liked and chose that one. She told me to make sure I only take one and "to bring it to her to show her" as if she was accusing me that I was going to steal an extra cheap air freshener. I was there twice so far and I remember the first time she wasnt too pleasant either. I wanted to go to their website to comment so the manager can see it but I dont think one exists? She probably owns it so I hope she reads all these comments and changes her attitude. Very poor customer service.

Pls do not go here, woman at the register is very very rude and disrespectful! Terrible Business - DO NOT GO!! The last time I was there I was told your next car wash is FREE, due to the fact that I had been there 10 times and their policy "WAS" (but is no longer) after 10 times your 11th is free. Well at the register I was told to pay 17.11 I asked what happened to my free was and was told the computer wouldnt let it happen, apparently you have to go every couple of months for this policy to work. the woman was extremely RUDE TO ME telling me things change and that she paid $1.20 for gas at one time to prove things change, and so I ask what does that have to do with me??????.....WELL that didnt sit right with me and I told her that if their policy changed they should let people know....THIS PLACE IS NO LONGER A PLACE I WILL GO TO GET MY CAR WASHED, BESIDES WHEN I WENT TO GET INTO MY CAR IT WAS STILL WET IN PLACES EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID IT WAS DONE.................ALSO HAVE FINE LITTLE SCRATCHES FROM THE TOWELS THEY USE. Cant give them a no star rating, but I would if I could.

This car wash is so ass. Mediocre comes to mind, for lack of a better word. Car wash? Umm.. Where? Please. Im always left with dirty spots on the exterior of my car. The interior of my car leaves me with a comparable disappointment. There is always excessive dust on the dashboard and the mats (which I pay extra to wash) are left with dirt and debris. Tf is your deal, Showcase? Yall suck. So horrible. The cashier is always on the phone chatting away with her gal pals not acknowledging that customers speak/understand Spanish. Gossiping on the phone more than providing service to your customers, lady? Get it together. Wrap that sewing circle up at home. The men are crass and speak filth about their "last night shenanigans." Same situation, totally disregarding that people understand everything theyre saying. If that wasnt enough...They overcharge too! They suck. Never go here. And if you do, dont say you werent warned.
