Im giving 5 stars as a praise to the management there. I brought my car there for a car wash last month and got the loaded package with the wheel cleaner. A couple of days later I noticed scratches all over my wheels (they are custom 20" wheels). My first instinct was to think it was the car wash place that did it. So I contacted them directly and met the manager there. Ill admit, I had a stereotype for car wash managers and I was completely wrong about it. The manager there was real professional. He explained to me how the car wash there only uses soft brushes. To prove it, he even shut off the car wash just to show me the brushes. This guy went above and beyond just to show that it wasnt their car wash to that make the scratches. Then he explained to me that it was blistering and its result of a defect in the wheel. Fast forward a month later... I got my wheels replaced for free from the manufacturer because it was still under warranty. It was indeed a defect from the manufacturer and not the car wash. Looking back, the manager at the car wash could just have said, it wasnt our car wash, its your wheel and tell me to screw off, but he didnt. He was very professional and took his time to explain everything. I was very impressed by the way he handed it. Good management results in a good business. So 5 stars for this place.

I drive a sports car and want it clean, so I get my car washed twice a week at a minimum. I went through this car wash about 4 times when I first relocated to the area. The staff were nice, but the car wash uses entirely too much sudsing detergent. Everyone likes suds, but when suds are so plentiful that they remain in the grooves, door jams, etc., its too much. When I asked the wipe crew to wipe the excessive amount of suds from the hatch, door jams, etc., they said the boss doesnt allow that. Im sorry, if I am paying $25 (with tip) for a wash, your business should at least clear the suds from the car. :/ Ive relocated to another car wash in Quincy, Quincy Car Wash right next to Faxon Field, and it is awesome!

I wanted to get the interior of my car detailed, and had been to Neponset for a car wash before so decided to book an appointment. I was able to get an appointment for an interior-only detail service within a week of calling. I brought the car in around 8am, and it was done by 3pm that same day. The result was FANTASTIC. The car hadnt looked that clean since we bought it. They even took out and cleaned our rubber all-weather mats. I was so satisfied and pleased with the service that we will definitely be bringing the car back to be detailed at least once per year.

Im a long time customer and normally I would have given 5 stars but Ive noticed recently that the quality isnt the same. After the wash, the men drying my car did pretty much half the job. I shouldnt have to pull over to finish drying it myself to avoid water spots.

Got my interior detailed. It took over an hour and Im impressed with how clean and thorough it was! Also, excellent customer service! Took me right away and even asked me to take a look at my car before I go to make sure Im happy with results.

Vacuums are under-powered and machines often accept a coin without giving credit, requiring that I go to the office to get reimbursed. Staff isnt very tolerant or apologetic about refunds. Car doesnt get completely clean in the drive through.

Come here often, love it. Good quality soaps and wax. Come before 7pm during the week to get the car dried well too. I hate car washes that do not dry the car well after a wash, it is like not washing it at all. Highly recommend!

Good facilities, lots of self service stalls. The touchless wash works well. But expensive, top touchless wash is $24, and the self service timer seems to run a little faster than your eastern standard time.

$24!!! For the full package? Car looks great for a combo touch less/wash. The guys were super friendly, and they did the tires and started the wash. The machine finished it and it looks awesome.
