This place has become a complete bs car wash. It used to be ok at some point. After a long stand patience I finally decided to tell the cashier that Im paying $37.40 for vip wash every time I come but end not even my windows wiped up good enough. This place is a complete rip off. When you ask the staff to pay attention to what they are doing they give you a very dirty look as if you owe them something. I see so many negative feedbacks but I dont understand is it the people are so stupid to keep going there over and over? I guess it the only car wash aroung and the owners take advantage of that and do sh..ty job ripping the people off. Do not believe what they offer on their website. Its complete bs. They have no idea what the clear coat is. They left scratches on my brand new car. The owner probably pays very cheap to those latin boys or may not even pay them regular salary at all. They must have no legal paperwork and do not even get paid but earn whatever the customers tip them. The owner seems not to care otherwise he would have done something to improve the service. At the end of the day its a free country. If you like it then take it, if not then keep moving. But thats not how you make your free money and then claim through your website that your goal is a customer satisfaction and community service. If Im wrong then please let me know anybody. But Im not then only one here and the 2.8 star rate and majority of dissatisfied customers and negative reviews pretty much tells everything. I want finally this message get to the owners of this place and something has to be done to improve the service of the customers. Been going to this car wash for 2 years, at first it was good not "best" but it was convenient because of the location and being hand washed i signed up for unlimited package monthly automatic payment for my 3 cars, The quality of the wash has gone down to crap, enployees complain they are understaffed And are not given proper lunch hr or breaks which i guess explains why they are not washing the cars good, wheels on my wifes car and my 2 cars come out dirty, they dont wipe or dry wheels at the end, they use the same rags for windows and drying the rest of car & wiping dash just spreading the grime all over. Closing hours state 6pm, yet multiple times i have gotten there 10 off and the owner shouts closed and gives bs excuse that they need to leave by 6, this guy is a joke of an owner and obviously cant run a business, also have witnessed other customers pushed away multiple times stating its closed way before 6pm, no wonder its never crowded anymore loosing business he must not need it. Cancelled my 3 memberships.

Been here a handful of times, its the same thing every time. They wash the drivers side of your car and half a$$ the passenger side. They dont clean your wheels AT ALL. MAYBE the guy will wash your left front wheel and leave the other 3. The other thing that gets me is they only dip the wash brush in the soap ONE time and wash your entire vehicle with a dirty brush/sponge. You think management would listen to customer complaints and tell their employees to do a better job, maybe watch and see how their employees are washing customers cars, maybe than they will figure it out. It all starts with good management which this place has NONE, than your employees have to care which they DONT. stay away from here

When you pay Full Service, they DO NOT vacuum the trunk. THEIR EXCUSE: Even though you bought the service, you need to leave the truck open. We do not open anyones trunk. MY RESPONSE: a) you need to say that when I bought the service from you b) by that logic, you should not open the car doors as well c) how do i know you are not making that up to hide a mistake of your staff? WHAT I EXPECTED: Apologize for the mistake rather than making lame excuses and holding your customer responsible. INTERESTINGLY: The guy who wipes the car with cloth after washing.. opened the trunk and wiped the sides. DOUBLE STANDARDS? You lost another regular customer today!

On June 11th 2017, I wanted to go for a car wash and since i moved to this place newly, found this one near by and hence thought to give a try. the pictures below are my CRV after clean in this place. Interior: They did not vacuum my car properly its clearly seen in the picture, not sure what they did, i see some papers that werent there when i went for cleaning are found. Exterior: its even more horrible, i believe the other place machine wash is better than these guys had wash. As other guys mentioned they dont clean properly and never go through the car, they just clean few places. I dont recommend this place

Waste of time & money. Stop in 1.30.16 they did a horrible job didnt clean the wheels didnt take out my all season mats to vacuum the floor & washing my all season mats wasnt covered on the gold package. So i basically paid 16 buckd for an exterior wash. They did an horrible job drying the car & cleaning the widows. Called complained to the owner he said bring the car back today 1.31.16 so i did & they did no better stupid me for going & wasting more of time. Lesson learned i will never be going back.

The new owner is there everyday and really looks out for the customer. I will never go to another Car Wash. The owner Dan makes sure the workers do a great job inside and out. All the employees are wearing the same colored shirts makes me know they actually care about making a good impression on the customer. This Car Wash is back to being the best in the town as it was when the ex-NBA player Jason Williams used to own the Car Wash. Good job Magic Hand Car Wash.

I came here only because its a company vehicle ,company has an account with them everytime I bring company van here they do a sloppy job I always tell one of the guys in the back that they always leave the rims really dirty but he seems not to care rims go in dirty black thats the same way they come out dirty black so its basically waste of money I spoke to my manager about it and they seem not to care either I would never bring my personal vehicle here good luck

The positive is its a touchless wash. The downside is that they wash your car by hand as well, so not really touchless. The high pressure spray took off some of my paint, and the car wasnt clean at the end anyway. Also, they didnt do the under body wash I asked for, but didnt charge me for it either. The paint is partially my fault, I would not have taken the car here if I knew how high pressure the wash was.

IM NOT PAYING FOR AN 35 DOLLAR GARBAGE WASH THAT DIDNT EVEN CLEAN MY WHITEWALLS CORRECTLY WHICH I HAD TO REDO MYSELF...THEN ON TOP OF IT I ASKED FOR SPRAY WAX IN MY WASH WHICH I PAID FOR AND YA POS WORKER GIVES ME AN ATTITUDE...HE WAS LUCKY THAT THERE WAS PEOPLE THERE BECAUSE IF THERE WASNT...HW WOULD OF NEVER GOTTON AWAY WITH THAT ATTITUDE...PLACE IS GARBAGE OVER PRICED AND AN RIPOFF
