I had a $5.00 coupon for exnterior wash. Worker said they had a special for $20.00 for the works, i.e. windows, vacuum, clean ashtray, cupholders armor all etc. They will knock off the $5.00 coupon . total $15.00 plus tax. Great. Pulled car up opened door attendant took over into wash the car went. Paid $15.00 no problem. Outside was call by manager that door of auto was locked, had to push car out of carwash. Asked why did I lock door. Door opened when attendant pulled into entrance of car wash. They offered to lend me auto to go home and get spare key. Who wants to be responsible for someone auto. I asked to be driven home and get key. Was driven home got key and returned. Car has been running know for over forty-five min. As attendants were cleaning the inside went to talk to cashier, ask what are you going to do for my aggravation, loss of gas, and time? He said he give me my $5.00 coupon back. I did not want to argue but a free everything car wash seemed out of the deal. Thought I wont ever come back and I will not. In car noticed windows smeared, floors not vacuumed , armor all on windows ashtray dirty not vacuumed . Sparkle Car Wash Is a joke.

I always drove past this place and never had my car washed there. I was a fan of Autosheen and have been going there with my mom since like age 7. However Its always packed. I dont have time to waste usually and the day I tried this place was no exception. This place is new with new equipment, very clean, and very friendly staff. I had a long talk with the new owner and he was a super personable guy. In any event, there was no wait and my van came out best Ive seen in a long time at any wash. Vacuuming was awesome job done and windows and interior were really clean too. Of course some people expect a full detail for $ 10.00 but it doesnt happen like that anywhere. If you want to pay for a detail, thats what youll get. Immaculate! I went in for a $10.00 wash and Was happy to find my new car wash. These reviews always seem negative on here but good service needs to be acknowledged. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work and congrats on your new establishment. See you next week!! Again people, these are NEW OWNERS .. not the former scum.

Although the staff was very friendly, this car wash needs several drastic improvements. First, as my car was passing through the machines, there were a couple that did not work properly: the wheel brightener barely sprayed my wheels, and one of the spinning brushes quite simply did not spin. As a matter of fact, there was one point where the actual exit sliding door of the car wash would quite simply not open, resulting in a half hour delay. So, besides the machinery not working properly, the quality of the wash was poor. There were still salt marks on my windshield, which is completely embarrassing, considering they "worked" on my car for a half hour. Also, the floor mats were not properly cleaned, as they were still dirty after the "wash". I used a coupon giving me the elite wash for 20 dollars. Apparently, the original price was closer to 40 dollars. I wouldnt pay 5 dollars for that kind of a wash. Please make some fixes guys.

I went to sparkle’s Car Wash and got the Supreme Wash. Absolutely looks “Brand New”. I have an attachment to my car because it used to be my grandfathers and the employees took great car of the car while being so friendly and happy. The car looks amazing! My hello kitty mats looked almost black before the wash and after the wash they where white again. My car was sparkly clean. I was so impressed! I rate this car wash a 5 out of 5 stars. I will recommend this car wash to all of my friends and family! I will be back again!

My son just had his car washed at the Clean & Shine Car Wash. His I-phone was sitting on the front seat. He moved it into the pouch on the rear of the passenger side front seat. When he left the car wash and looked for the phone, it was gone. The "manager" said there was nothing he could do. My son filed a report with the Gloucester Township Police, BEWARE !! Watch your stuff !!

I went in to Sparkles last week for a hand wash and hand wax. The prices are fair, the workers are nice and my car looked brand new when I left! The store area has a great stock of car accessories and fresheners too. This is the most convenient carwash center Ive been so far and I think Ill be going back very soon.

My sister in law took her car here and said they did a great job so I took my car there today. Wow is all I can say. They got all the crevices and dog hair off the seats. The car looks brand new again and he threw in 2 free air fresheners! Highly recommend this place.

Been in the area for 3 years and never went here. I got the $11 wash, I forget what it was called but I was very impressed. 3 days later it is still looking good. I will be back. They also have full detail options that seem reasonable.

Everything is done well, fast decent service, except the do a very bad job vacuuming. Litterally cant tell that they vacuumed at all.
