I have been going here to get my car washed and get oil changes for 7 years. It has changed ownership since then. After oil changes they give you a coupon for 1 free car wash. Apparently they have an expiration date of one year. Well yesterday I took my car there for a car wash, the owner said my coupon expired. I asked could they honor it since they still have the program in place and I have been coming there for 7 years. I said they could even look up my license plate to verify my long term. business. The owner said they couldnt do it. I told him, I am a long time customer, only asking for something they currently still have, travel from NJ to here to get my oil changes and car washed and he still would not honor it. He replied, "no". I have several more coupons I guess are expired but after being a loyal customer for 7 years and getting denied a simple, bare minimum free car wash, this place does not value its customers and has lost me. The funny thing is I was going to get my car detailed there next week. So now, because they were "penny wise and pound foolish" they have lost me as a customer for oil changes and car washes. I will use up whatever remainder coupons I have and then never return again. Excellent business decision on your end.

I got the $50 car wash with carpet shampoo. When my car was finished, I noticed a lot of dirt spots on the car and told the guy cleaning it. He said that I was paying for the inside and shampoo and that I shouldnt expect it to be perfect. So we argued and I made them rum my car through again. When I got home, i noticed that the windows look like they were "cleaned" with an oily rag and there were crumbs on the passenger seat and it was obvious the the back seats had not been cleaned. WTF?! This would be bad for $10, for $50 its completely insane. They havent answered the phone all day for me to talk to the manager and there is no voice mail. I dont think its even worth the hassle to go there to show them their subpar work to get fixed based on the first argument. Yup, never again.

Took my SUV there for a wash on Friday. While waiting for wash to finish I noticed the wash had stopped and one of the employees pointing inside where my vehicle was. I didnt think anything of it and drive away. While driving home on I-95 I noticed my antenna laying under my front seat. I thought maybe they forgot to reattach it. When i parked I tried to replace the antenna and found it had snapped off. I called the car wash and was transferred to a male on the phone. I explained to him what I found. He denied everything. I asked if three was video survailance, he said there was. I asked if he could review the video and gave him my contact information. Never received a return phone call.

Sitting waiting for my truck to get done for over an hour. Have to infants in the heat. Was told my truck was next and watched them bring 4 vehicle that were washed after mine get done before me. When I complained I was told they didnt realize my jeep was there. I do not recommend this place. Im still waiting to get done as I type this review. I will post another review if my truck isnt clean inside when they eventually get to it.

Love it here! Ive been coming here for about ten years! Definitely the best place to go if you need an oil change and a car wash in a rush! Car wash is free with oil change! My only complaint is the workers are kind of impatient...they rushed me through without cleaning my ashtray. But there was a line all the way up the street and it was hot.

Best brush car wash in CITY...oh and if your a rim person ask for rims after the car comes out the wash they will take your car to the back and clean your rims #DBEST youll never go anywhere else to get you car and wheels cleaned...I drive from Glenolden Pa to get both of my cars wash and detailed. EXCELLENT SERVICE

Coming from Baltimore they have great car washes. After a failed attempt at trying out an express wash few weeks ago, I gave this place a try. This place does vacuum and clean the interior as well as outside for you! The wash came out perfect. Highly recommend the south philly special! The staff quite friendly.

The only place Ill take my car. For the same price as any other car wash they do the outside and inside of your car. They vacuum, clean the entire interior of your car and give you a car wash for around $10. Cant beat it...You can also get your oil changed and inspections done here really cheap.

I took my Jeep there to be cleaned. I paid for the works. After receiving my Jeep back there was still dust on the back of the seat. I asked him could he vacuum it off, he said it was not part of the detailing to vacuum the back of the seat! Sad!!!!

After getting an oil change here, they did not screw everything back in well. I had to take my car in somewhere else to get it fixed. They refused to refund my money or pay for the repair. AVOID AT ALL COST!

I recently went through the car wash and paid for the "full service wash" my rims were half cleaned and my WRL tires were not cleaned. Service is overpriced and lacks quality!

paid $21 for a car wash...they SUCK, missed so many spots, and the inside of my car is still dirty. End up doing it myself, should had paid myself..SMH...stay away from here!

Not clean at all, the staff is very impatient. I spend 35 dollars and they even dont clean the leaves at the bottom of my front window! Terrible, terrible, terrible.
