I find that car washes in the philly burbs are very lackluster when it comes to how they car for the wipe down and interior clean up of a car after being washed. I recently went to this location to have my car cleaned, originally ordering the Ultimate Plus (Interior and Exterior) at a cost of $22.00, because the location wasnt busy at the time i arrived, I asked if they could do the cleaner wax, which hide the swirl marks and light surface scratches black cars tend to get. They obliged and I paid the difference between the U+ wash and the cleaner wax fee ($38.00), they applied the way by hand, then were plugging in the buffer/orbiter after not getting power they realized the orbiter was the issue, so they removed the wax by hand. When I left and arrived home I noticed blotches of wax they missed, because they did not apply the the correct pressure when removing it by hand, so the wax job I paid for came out horrible, and with a black car the last thing you want is a horrible finish in regards to wax. I phoned their corporate HQ and left a voice mail and have not received a call back. In regards to interior cleaning, the floors were vacuumed, but the windows were streaked, and they never touched the back window at all. This wash among many others in the areas charge premium prices for generic services, and I am just tired of it. Doesnt anyone take pride in the work? If not, and you opt for sub standard clean jobs on interiors maybe it is time to lower prices. The good thing i can mention is they have friendly staff.

I paid $400+ for a year membership. Im very disappointed with their service and complete lack of care for others cars. I mainly go to get the brake dust off my wheels which they usually do manually by brushing and spraying. The older guy there just sprayed some water and that was it. However the Wayne location is good. I am not renewing for anither year unless their service gets better.

Too bad Google doesnt have a feature to post pictures, as my car is still - very obviously - still filthy on all sides. There is absolutely NO WAY they could not have noticed; yet the old fella just let the car roll on through. I can only assume that their regular clientele(?) either are blind as old bats, or think that the money they hand over is for a charity.

There isnt a review negative enough that I could write to describe the lack of customer service & professionalism. As I am new to the neighborhood this would have been our go to car wash..... Needless to say I will never return & will be sure that no friends or family use their services either!

Experience was ok but the service was not. Vacuums are out of date and dont work properly. I paid extra for them to clean the interior and it was done half assed. The guys were very nice but for what the service was I should have only paid half what I paid.

I have a year membership. You pull up and wait, wait, wait, wait. Nobody comes. Has happened multiple times. Not much effort in actually cleaning the car. Kids that dry are good and actually try but thats it. Will not renew.

Came here and they rush no good they didnt do a god job will never be back my door are dirty o pay 22 dollars for what my car dashboard is still dirty just so upset thought I will try some Where new worst worst place

Went there once and never went back. I paid around 40 dollars for a full inside and out car wash and it was terrible. Nothing got clean. I could have spent 20 minutes doing a better job.
