The sides of my car were spotless, but thats about it. The front and back were missed completely. They took their time post wash, I am surprised the workers didnt notice the front and back end of the car being dirty after the wash. The attention to detail is a lack at this facility or it may be the eagerness to work, who knows? I had to go home and wash the front and back of my car AFTER the wash. I hope the company can mitigate the situation and maybe work on customer relations since the cashier was very cold, demanding and bossy. Just take my money and do your job its simple. I wont be returning mostly because they do a half as*ed job and dont need to be bossed around by anyone. Good Luck though

Brought two cars in during a weeks time. They did not do a good job on the interior windows of the one car. On the other, the wheel were dirty. I brought it back and the manager was rude and yelled at me that I didnt pay for tire shine. I said I was not talking about tire shine just clean wheels. He continued being nasty to me and ended up doing absolutely nothing. This is no way to handle a customers complaint. He should have been respectful and taken a minute to wipe them down. Courtesy would have gone a long way. Now my cars will go to the Krewstown Kleen, just down the road.

Oh my I loveeeee car wash these men work hard & take their time with your car no rush !!! Ive been To many car washes in the northeast area this one is by far the best !! Ill recommend all my friends and family here.. I never post of these sites but I had to give them their props .. Good job felles. When customers love the work they will always come back :)

I dont think that cleaning the car with dirty towels is worth of 18$. I have specially asked to clean the windows - thats what I got. Carpets inside the car were also dirty. The only thing I liked was time - they gave me the car back in 5-7 minutes :)

Nice Car wash. they clean everywhere in my car and they mad it bran new. love the place and hank you guys. they do everything by hand and it the best car wash ever. Everyone should go over there and try it. new and clean car wash.

Dont ever go to this place. Scratched the hell out of my brand new 2016 car. Hand washed? Yeah ok. Now i need to take my car back to the dealer and see how much it will cost (dosent help its a LEASE). Thanks guys.

awesome car wash! They do an awesome job, all my hand so that you dont have to worry about scratches. they even do the inside all for 12 bucks. cant beat the price. All polite, hard workers!

They do a ok job when its not busy. But beware if it is they will skip steps, like only shine two tires or vacuum half of your car. At 18 dollars per carwash i expect better.

My first 3 car washes were good. They refused to properly clean my wheels the last time. Now I just go to the hand wash on Red Lion and the Blvd. Much better and cheaper.

When I say this is the best car wash in NE Philly I mean it.... you in and under 10 minutes and thats with the most expensive wash.... this place is amazing....

You have the option to stay in your car if you dont want them to vacuum inside. Pay more attention when not busy and I think they should offer coupons
