I went to this place for an oil change, and when I went to pay they tried to charge me $30 more than the oil change package I had ordered. Turns out the employee had ignored what I requested and put in a higher grade of oil, because he insisted "thats what most people get." When I refused to pay for their mistake, they insisted theyd have to remove the oil and replace it with the correct grade, which meant we had to wait twice as long. And if they had done that, it would have only been a mistake and a hassle, and I would not be leaving this negative review right now. But yesterday, way too soon, my cars Oil Life light went on, and I took it into another place. They showed me that the oil in the car was completely black and filthy. It appears that when Pristine "fixed" their mistake, they put the old used oil back in my car, not the oil grade I had ordered. And yet they still charged me for an oil change. I just hope they didnt permanently damage my car. I will never go back to this business.

When I took my car to Pristine this morning, it was totally and completely filthy, inside and out, no lie - it was disgusting. When I picked it up 4 hours later, it was like it was when I bought it brand new. This car could have been taken for a trade-in at the upper edge of the Blue Book value, and thats not an exaggeration. They even cleaned out the glove box and the console thingy, and saved the stuff I might want in a plastic bag. They must have gone over it with a little tiny brush, because there is not one bit of dust, dirt, or any other material in any crack or crevice. The windows are completely clean and not one streak. AND - heres the best part - my grandson cleaned snow off my car this winter with a snow shovel, and scratched the living crap out of it, seriously, scratches everywhere. The wax job they did? Buffed out every scratch but two small ones on the passenger door. I HIGHLY recommend this place for detailing, Ive never, ever, ever had such a good job done on my car. EVER!

Took my `15 Audi for the wash. Opted for "the Works" - most expensive wash on the list, over $25. Poor job on the interior vacuum and clean - seems like all the dirt spots were left as is on purpose; the only place that got vacuumed were the mats. Did not even vacuum the trunk! Even worse of a job was done on the exterior. Below is the list of the issues encountered: 1. Rims did not get cleaned. Noticeable dirt spots in many parts of the rim 2. Soap marks left all over the car after the wash. Seems like half of the soap used did not even get washed off the car 3. Bug marks still left on the front bumper 4. Oily streaks left on the windshield 5. Deep scratches found on several locations on the car, which for me is the most painful issue on the list. Even though it is a "hand" car wash, if your cars paint job is valuable to you, take it to the touch-less wash instead to avoid disappointments like mine.

I drive a convertible and I have been very satisfied the many times I have had my car cleaned at Pristine. Until today. I asked for the "Works" (about $30.00) and a guy who identified himself as the Owner looked into my window and said that my floor was very dirty and I had to pay $5.00 more for "extra vacuuming." My floor was not particularly dirty, nothing special, pretty much the same as any other car floor that needs to be cleaned. I wont be going back.

Hands down the best car wash in South Jersey. Ive brought all my cars here at least once a month for the works wash which is the best bang for your buck if youre looking for a full clean. I also recommend the steam clean treatment for the interior. The owner actually recommended this treatment for my cadillac cts and I was incredibly surprised by the turn out. Great friendly staff and knowledgeable owner, Id give it ten stars if I could.

They do a good job, but I think its quite expensive and I hate the hard sell. My car was muddy so they said I needed a chemical treatment (+$8) or it wouldnt get clean, I wouldnt be happy, so why spend my money. There was a small amount of dog hair on the floor, so I needed the extra vacuum (+$5). They already price my Mazda 5 as a minivan, so with all the extras, cleaning my car would be near $40. I wont be going back.

This is the best hand car wash in New Jersey in my opinion. Not only is it reasonably priced, but they spend more time cleaning your interior out and on the final prep/dry work on the other side of the tunnel than any other car wash I have been to. I prefer to wash my own cars but when its too cold out this is the next best option. I have brought my m6 and g wagon here with no issues.

Ive tried their works wash and its okay, can be better. The only negative is they vacuum to a moderate minimal, where expectations are a little higher when youre paying premium. During the towel dry process they cracked the floor while cleaning the back window. Looking at other reviews, not a place to bring your car.

Just paid $27 for an inside and outside wash plus tire shine. There is still dust on the surfaces of the dash, there is some brake dust/dirt on the wheels, and the rear bumper has some first. This place is not at all worth the premium price.

Its too expensive I still had dirty spot on the vehicle and bugs on the front grill for that kind of price you will think they will to a better job on your rims.

Brand new 2015 Toyota, I brought to pristine for a car wash and when I left I found deep scratches all over the hood. I will never bring my car back.

Not very happy, Dusty spots on the dash board and on the doors, for $38 the truck should be spotless and I shouldnt have to touch it up myself

Was just okay. They didnt clean the inside of my cup holder that had sticky stuff in it and I purposely pulled it out for them to see.
