First of all I would like to state that I have been a long time customer, never had an issue until this past Tuesday (09/6/2016), I went as usual and ask for the full service , by the time the car was done I was call up and proceeded to tip the guys in the box. Thats went my issue started , I have 41 dollars on my wallet two $ 20 and a $ 1 dollar bill on top of it . Due to the fact that I needed to be somewhere quick , I inserted the whole $ 41 thinking that I have tipped the single dollar that I have on me. I went to the gas station to fill up the car and thats when I realized what I have done, drove back to communicate the issue to this guy named Hector and he stated, I dont see that money there, first of , how is it that youre not going to find it if you are not actually really looking. Try to contact management, because I thought maybe they can follow up, guess what? never was able to reach out to them , the clerk always said that she passed the messages but I know that shes not. I just hope that the money is going to be put on good use, and perhaps they needed it more than me. This been said, that car wash just lost a whole family business thats being loyal to them all this years, just for not being diligent about a simple matter. God bless , and people be mindful about this situation ,so it wont happen to you. They are running their business as if they were in wild west. Not caring about customers at all and letting some guy run the show like if he live in a third world country. Peace.

Hands down the best car wash locally. They really get the job done. I dont like the process of there always being a long line but you got to somewhat feel like youre in the right place when everyone else knows how great they are. Stick to the basics though. THEYRE A CAR WASH SO GET YOUR CAR WASHED and thats it. Once you start getting oil changes you can expect disappointment. Also, Ive never been able to get my vehicle detailed considering they only take cars Mon-Thurs for that option and it burns me up bc Im sure they doa great job. Aside from that, this is my spot and others within a 15mi radius dont compare. Great value also..

Worst customer service EVER ! I went to get a simple oil change today, the guy locked my keys inside my car. It took him about an hour an a half to break into my car to get the keys out, not only that he had the audacity to blame me for his mistakes. Later when I asked to speak to a manager, the manager was very rude and unprofessional. I asked if there was someone else I could speak with and his response was "Im the only manger here unless you want to buy this place from me" Both the manager and the employee were disrespectful and unprofessional, I will never go back neither will my family members !

I love this car wash. The attention to detail is unmatched by other car washes in the area. It is very affordable, in fact Ive had more expensive washes from other places that didnt even come close to how nice the car looked when I got it done here. I mean when they clean your car, they CLEAN your car!!! The service is great and my car leaves so shiny and clean and it lasts!!! I agree that sometimes it seems so packed, but the wait really isnt that bad. And they must be doing something right if there are so many people there.

They do a good job cleaning the car, but the lady on the front desk is terrible, she has the worst customer service. Also dont bother going there for oil change because is just false advertisement because theres always a reason why they cant do it! Every time I go the guy for the oil change is not there, or the lift is broken. And when you ask when the guy will be back or when the lift will be fixed, her response is "idk". So how about you guys just stop wasting people time by advertising that crap

Horrible customer service the guys there clearly saw me standing there for a oil change and said nothing nor did they try and give me some help I finally decided to walk over and ask about my oil change and the guy tells me in extremely broken English that the person that does oil changes isnt going to be back for 45 minutes they are on lunch when clearly I see the guy that normally does my little changes standing right in front of me! they will never get my business again

I went in with a coupon that had no date of expiration and it was not honored. Instead I paid an extra $10 for a interior shampoo. I was told it would take 2 hours and 4 hours later Im still waiting. They are also charging taxes on unprepared food like bottles of water and chips. Which is not legal under NJ law.

Today was my first time here and I was amazed how my car got really cleaned , although I picked the cheapest option. It was crazy busy but they took their time cleaning and drying my car. Definitely coming back here !

Excellent service & value for money. Cons:Dont worry about the exterior looking a little shabby. Pros:They give your car a wash, vacuum and everything is clean towel wiped down with care.

Theres an extremely rude fat ass cashier, so because of her Ive never returned. Great service though. Be prepared to wait atleast 30 min depending on the service selected.

No Undercarriage wash but you pay for it. The undercarriage light goes on during the car wash but theres nothing there.
