It has been about two months since I signed up for their full-service membership. I have been there about 10 times so far and could not be happier. The membership cost was about $36/ month for unlimited wash. I rated Trax car wash by the following criteria: Cleanness of car wash area: 1 star/1 star Politeness of staff: 1 star/1 star Price: 1 star/ 1 star wait time: 0.9 star/ 1 star quality of wash: 0.95 star/ 1 star sum of rating: 4.85/5.0 I understand that wait time is because of high volume of custmers that they have some times but this could be an issue for someone who needs to get in and get out really quick and that is why I did not assign 1/1 to it. Also, although I am extremely satisfied with the quality that I get for the price that I pay, sometimes I feel they spend time and clean everything inside and outside of the car BUT inner door kickers. Overall, I think Trax car wash is the best car wash I have visited and I highly recommend to get their membership if you think you would go 3 or more times a month. La espera en Este Lugar es mucho casi 40 minutos el baño bien sucio con caca alrededor de los inodoros. Los empleados Buena onda pero no tienen suficientes empleados no se dan a basto. No regresesare y esperar tanto tiempo mejor labare mi carro solo. Ya llego el caliente perdida de tiempo y dinero. Amigos no se los recomiendo.

I wont say it was terrible. Im just disappointed because I paid close to $30 for the platinum service (second highest offered) and they didnt bother wiping out any of the cup holders, side pockets or even the middle console. Plus the dashboard, gearshift and steering wheel were still dusty. If this is "platinum" Id hate to see what the basic service is. Im not expecting detail type service but the interior cleaning was sub par for what I paid.

Trax has always maintains a professional and high quality establishment. The old rumor is that automated car washes mess up your car, paint etc, I used to over pay for lackluster work. Ever since I joined the unlimited plan my car is always spotless and I always get nothing but praise for how clean it always is. The service is top notch, the staff is beyond friendly, and Ive yet to see any issues with my car. Trust me, trust trax.

They did a very good job cleaning the inside of my car and amazing job on the outside. Before I drove in, my car was dirty on the inside and had accumulated a few scuff marks on the outsude. The Trax attendants cleaned the inside of the car thoroughly, did a great job on the outside, and even managed to remove the scuff marks. I paid $14 plus tax and then left a large tip after I saw the time, attention, and results that I got.

Had my cousin come to the carwash with me to wash his cars. One of the employees scratches my cousins car while pulling the car out to be dry. The carwash employees gave my cousin a really hard time to pay for the damages that they cause to his rear bumper. I was really dissapointed with the customer service and service provided to my cousin that was visiting us from another state..

Have been coming here for about 6 years, both under the previous owners and now the new. I absolutely love this place! Its the only place I get my BMWs washed. They do a great job in and out. The cleaners are courteous and professional, and consistent! I get the monthly plan which is a money saver, especially if you have a dark colored car.

Only go here occasionally since it changed from Brunswick Circle. Inside carpet not really clean but drove home and then I looked at my rims- grimy on every wheel! Drove 14 min back to have them correct both. The guy covering for mgr nice but I paid $16.04 (basic full wash) for this and an hour of my day.

I was very disappointed in this car wash. I asked them to do good job vacuuming out the back of my explorer which is the only reason I went through the car wash. After spending $22 for a gold car wash. I had to stop at a gas station on the way home to vacuum out the back of the car.

Seems like this place is never opened .. why wouldnt this place stay open longer?? Get rid of the unlimited car washes so you can make more money and stay open longer .. i mean 6 pm really what is this place a bank or a car wash ... what a waste of space !!!!

Did a okay job- I went so I could have the inside of my car vacuumed out and of course washed. I drive three dogs all the time in my car and wanted it vacuumed out well, I paid $26 for the platinum level and I still see stuff that should of been cleaned.

Im thrilled! Being cheap, I went with the basic full-service car wash. I appreciate the vacuum and dashboard cleaning service. Well worth the cost! The employees paid attention to detail and were extremely thorough. I will certainly visit again!

Nice staff, new equipment and fair prices. When they are busy, a $30 car wash will look like a $10 wash as the attention to detail lacks. At that point its volume over value for the car-wash.

Very expensive for full car wash $16. Staff unfriendly as it comes. In 20 minutes that I been there I seen 2 unhappy customers, not counting me.
