Updated (08/10/2013) I have used this wash for a year spending hundreds on my cars. Arrive first thing this morning to get a detail done, and was met with rudeness like I have never seen. Instead of taking care of me, the first customer in line when they opened, they opted to do the detail on a Mercedes, which I later found out was the owners friend, so forget customer is right and comes first, they will snub your nose at you. and could care less how much you frequent the business, which they acknowledged I do Absolutely will never do business with this place again. Reducing original rating of 3 stars to 1 star. - GU Original Review Car Wash USA, is a hit and miss operation. When I first found and used their services, the price for an Ultimate Car Wash cost about $28.00. Since it was my first time, and it wasnt a busy busy day, they did an excellent job. I was very impressed, but felt they were still over-priced. Found their Website, and found coupons for $17.99 for the same wash, considering the services you get with the Ultimate I felt this was by far, a price closer to what I received in services, maybe I would have went $20.00 total. As I said they are hit and miss, times I have gone there the car is showroom ready when done, others, it looked rushed. However, they give a free Quality Check card, you just fill it out and mail it, and when the job was Rushed, Sam, the manager, called me, listened to me feedback, and took care of it. Pros - Get the coupon off the website, it makes the services much more worthwhile. Pros - Fill out the quality card, if your service is bad, they will do a follow up. Cons - Some of the staff just cannot drive stick. I won a very heavily modified 2013 5.0, and I watched the older gentleman who welcomes you to the wash stall it 5 times. I went out and offered to pull it on the conveyor but they wouldnt let me. Upon exit from the tunnel, the final clean techs over-revved it and I could smell burning clutch. They need to either train their techs or allow a customer like me who knows my car to pull it on and off the conveyor. 4000 RPM is not needed to get a car rolling from a dead stop. Con #2 - The final clean area after the vehicle exits the tunnel is a cluster fudge. They have 4 processing lanes, but dont use them correctly. So if youre in a lane with a car ahead of you, that requires more attention (Dirtier) youre stuck waiting until they finish that vehicle. They should be using the lanes base on how much time will be needed to finalize the car. (Known as process development, and streamlining of operations) Overall, as I relocated from DC to PA, this is the only car wash in the area with equipment I trust to not damage the body or paint.On a slow day the techs do a great job on the inside and outside. On a fast day it is hit and miss. The younger guys seem to do a better job than the older guys who meander a bit while doing the final clean up. However, it is a coin toss from what kind of day it will be. If they work on the final clean lane process, and jolt the guys up with some caffeine, those crappy days would all become excellent days/ TO Owners/Managers - I have been a project management Professional for 10 years, and a QA senior specialist for nearly 20. You REALLY need to use your exit lanes better and not make people get stuck waiting. Move the dirtier cars to the outer lanes near the fence and put the cleaner, less interior work needed vehicles closer to the gas pumps. That is your businesses biggest flaw, and the biggest grumblings of complaints from customers when outside just standing around talking to your fellow customer. I have mentioned this on every comment card I send, yet this part you dont listen too. You really need to look into this and rework those 4 final clean up lanes better.

The worst car wash ever! Nasty people working there. They offer services they cant provide because they are "too busy" even they say you will get this service. When I went to cashier to pay for the service I will get I was told they cant do it (clean my trunk) and I told them I want my car than back I will go to another place. I will pay for the outside cleaning since they already put my car inside washer and thats it. I told them not to start clean inside after that if you cant provide service that I want and I was told I will get by one of your workers who took my car. They said NO! We will not give you your car back we will do the rest of the services we can provide and you pay now or we will call police now. Really??? If I could turn back time I would tell them to call police... This is just insane. Those monkeys cant run business.

Worst customer service ever!! Came in on 9/10 with my three kids. Asked for back of my car to be vacumed, the guy in charge told me to go inside and pay extra for that. I went to pay and was told they dont do that today and that I was lucky to have my car washed at all since it was 5:15 and they close at 5:30... I asked to speak with the manager, a guy came out claiming to be the manager and preceded to tell me how lucky I was they even let me in and started cursing in front of my kids. He than called the cops and asked his guys outside to stop cleaning my car. Cops came, did nothing and left, if the owner of the place only knew the was his employees treat his customers... Never going back there again.

Stopped by there on 11/28/2011 just before noon to pick up a quart of oil. The cashier told me to go over to the last bay where they do the oil changes, so I walked over there, and asked the oil change dude for a quart of oil. The oil change dude made me wait 10 minutes while he waited on two other customers, changed an air filter on a car, etc. Then he just left - walked down the stairs of the bay and didnt come back up. The dork really had an attitude too, like he was doing me a favor by selling me a quart of oil...Needless to say, they have lost a customer, as I wont be going back there for a long time, and I used to get my cars washed there all the time.

The worst ever. They couldnt care less about their customers satisfaction. In terms of quality of car washing, they are poor. If you are willing to accept their shoddy service without complaint, then everything will go smoothly for you. However, if you make any complaint, they turn hostile and refuse to do anything to accommodate your concerns. I recently brought my car in and paid for their best wash -- "The Ultimate." After the guy signaled that my car was done, I looked it over and saw that it was still filthy. I showed the manager and asked him if he could run it through the wash again. He refused and just walked away. I will never go there again.

I gave a 20% tip, but that wasnt enough for one of their attendants. I left a complaint on their website and never received a response so here I am on Google leaving my review so someone and everyone can hear me. Im okay with the wash I received & honestly did not expect anything more. What Im not okay with is the roll of the eyes and the huffing and puffing with a 20% tip. Its not like he went out of his way to catch some details here and there. What Im not okay with is how the management does not care when you submit a complaint. I also agree with most of these reviews the staff is arrogant and very unfriendly with the exception of the cashier.
