Beware of this Car wash. They flooded our car today by running it through the wash with the moon roof open. Paid for the top of the line wash and we received the car back with an absolutely soaked interior and wet electronics in the headliner. Manager is a horses butt and has no customer relation skills whatsoever. Actually tried to blame us for their carelessness. Multiple employees entered the car before it went into the wash and nobody noticed ? Gee you would think that was part of their job !!! After complaining, the manager opened the exit door and told us to get out and to leave the property. Then he proceeded to call the police. Of course nothing can be done by them seeing its a civil matter for the courts to handle. Now that we have all the pictures of the damage and an estimate we will certainly take this company to court. Google this car wash and you will see that they must spend their free time in court. I found five reviews so far with all sorts of problems and all ending in court cases. What a world we live in nowadays.... After all this I asked the manager Dominick for at least a refund to compensate us somewhat for the problem. Not a chance ! Poor management ! Next I attempted to return my extra gift certificates that I already purchased there weeks before and thats when I was thrown out of the store. These folks will definately be seeing court time just like stated in other peoples reviews. I have been a long time customer there and since the manager seemed to like his power trip a little to much I will be going a couple miles north on huntingdon pike to the USA car wash which is actually a much better wash for the money. I highly recommend it. I will end this review by stating The manager should be replaced or re-trained to better handle this type of situation in the future seeing he almost seemed out of control for the quiet mild mannered conversation we were having. Please understand I am not taking him to court for the open roof, these things happen and could have been understood with a normal sane person. I will be inviting them to court to redeem my gift certificates for their purchase price. I would not give them as gifts or attempt to use them at that wash again. After being asked to leave I doubt this guy woulkd let me use them there. Looks like I lucked out by purchasing them with my credit card (I will file a dispute with them) Instant win seeing there is nothing mentioned on the certificates or receipt for them that says they are not returnable. Please read all reviews when you google this company to see the whole picture of their poor customer service abilities. And as others have said here on the internet...SEE YOU IN COURT ! Gotta love it.....Drives a car into their car wash with the roof open and says I am to blame and I was not in the car.....I almost want to laugh about the whole thing. At least they were kind enough to throw towels at us and remind us that the roof was open for the ride through the wash. I they definately thought it was funny too. I think their drivers should maybe pay attention to their job and this no doubt would have never happened. Six years of loyalty from me down the drain.....What idiots !

WORST car wash SERVICE!!! My fiancé and I took his car here today to get it wash, they crack his front grill and lost the emblem. Once we returned to say something the manger said its not possible for them to do that but yet they found the emblem IN THE CAR WASH.....also on top of that they curb rashed his wheels. Right before the wash we asked they couple times are the wheels going to clear and the guy said yes, he was just worried his car was too low, but he has airlift suspension meaning that he could raise his car higher and it was cleared. The wheels didnt have a curb rash on them, my fiancé is a car enthusiast. His car is VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF!Also when we asked for the bosses information the front desk lady kept saying no very rude. Then we called them and she answered the phone and kept saying no! Do you not understand what no means!!! That is horrible customer service!!!!I highly dont recommend anyone to go here at all the staff was very rude!!!! I dont recommend anyone to go to the car wash!!!!!!!!!!!

Exterior looks great thanks to the tunnel but the guys doing the interior barely did any good.. Dust all over my dashboard, doesnt really appear the interior was vacuumed although I paid for it to be. I was considering using this place to do a full interior detail in the next couple of weeks, but I am a consumer that cares about the quality of the product I purchase. The service today was a disappointment hence Valley Car Wash probably wont be getting my business again. Additionally, by reading some of the other reviews, I see I am not the only customer who has had this same issue with the service here. What is troubling to me the most is that the owner took the time to only reply to positive feedback and neglected to address the negative feedback or the concerns that were expressed about The service that was provided here at Valley car wash. This is a clear disregard for customer satisfaction by the business owner and a true sign that the owner does not care about their customer.

Went there on April 6, 2012 for the first time. I ordered the Deluxe Wash package and noticed that after my car was put through the wash and they attendants dried the car, I took a glance at the interior. They completely missed the vacuuming portion! even though it was included in the deluxe. I showed the Quality Assurance/Rework guy what happened but although he seemed puzzled at first, I had to show him where all the spots they missed, he drug out the vacuum and proceed to vacuum for the next 15-20 minutes. This shows the employees they are not conscientious and I feel that I got ripped off by paying almost $20 for a cash wash that was mediocre then having to wait 20 minutes for rework. I also noticed an employee cursing repeatedly with a cigarette in his mouth. He was wearing cargo shorts. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I wish I didnt purchase the multiple wash special (pay for 5 but get 6 washes).

If I could give Valley Car Wash 0 stars I would. This was the worst car wash Ive ever received. I paid for "the works" and what I got was a joke. They did the typical outside wash, which was not even dried correctly. Usually I am not picky about something like that, but having it on top of the rest of my bad experience really annoys me. I told them I didnt need my trunk vacuumed but I guess that meant dont do anything. NOTHING was wiped down, my front mats were quickly vacuumed and that was it. No back seat, no front seat, no floors, and again nothing wiped at all. I got more vacuumed out on four minutes of a self service vacuum afterwards than they did the entire time. If you are looking for a full service car was look else where. Valley Car wash is little more than a scam.
