(Too long didnt read: Avoid this place if you have a sports car even with stock height you will scrape you bumper, go to the 611 car wash instead there is no problem with clearance there.) I went in to get a car wash and the 1 inch lip I have on my stock height car broke and scraped up the underside of the bumper, I was not upset because it was cheap and you cant see under the bumper. So I went up to the lady working there asking why the machine would have broken it and she said suggested that it was broken when it came it and blamed me for it. Keep in mind my car is stock height with snow tires so its even higher up than usual. She said that Porsches and Maseratis go there and dont have a problem. She told me to get off her property after I told her that those cars arent low. Well if it has no problem with those cars why would a Subaru with stock ride height have a problem. Needless to say the lady was extremely rude and I am telling everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague. And I will filing a complaint as well, no one who works with people should be so angry. Also if you look at the tapes you can obviously see it broke the lip and I had the car up in the air earlier at my work and everyone who was there can vouch for me and the tapes will show it too. I am willing to talk to the owner about this, again Im not mad it damaged the car Im just mad the lady at the front was extremely rude. EDIT: The bumper got scratched also I was not rude you ignored the facts that it was broken by your new machine, a Porsche has electronic ride height so of course it will be able to clear it and a Maserati is a luxury car that should have no clearance issues. Yes my aftermarket lip broke but, but where it broke was 3/4 inch thick and the machine scraped my actual bumper too. There is no kit on my car that made it lower I have stock Springs and struts and again my bumper got scraped also. Ive never had a problem with the car wash on 611 with the lip. All I wanted to know was why it wouldve scraped, I didnt anything just an answer and you go defensive saying it was my fault. Learn something about cars before you start accusing people and you should learn to run a business. Actually listen to customers not slamming the door in their face when youre proven wrong.

WHAT THIEVES !!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS CAR WASH SINCE THEY OPENED.THEY WERE RECENTLY SOLD.NEW OWNERSHIP TAKES OVER AND WHATS THE FIRST THING THEY DO? CUT THE HOURS, WHY? SO THEY CAN CUT COSTS I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP 1 WEEK AFTER THEY CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD THEN THEY DONT WANT TO PRO RATE THE ACCOUNT OR EVEN OFFER ME A BOOK OF WASHES I SPENT 60.00 FOR 1 CAR WASH WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!! In stead of trying to fix the situation or face the problem They give you a bogus unprofessional answer I signed the contract. First of all it wasnt even your contract.second I knew the owner who built the wash. He was a professional,a gentleman,and could communicate with his clientele. I spent a lot of money at the wash. You are so smart!!! How would you feel if you paid for something didnt use it and got the answer that you gave.THE CAPS ARE LOUD !!!!!!! So smart that you are. You lost a customer that bought another new car wont be bringing it they your car wash Always did the unlimited deal ,since it was invented Ill be sure to share my story ,review with others As well as review sites.so smug that you are,but so stupid.all over a 50.00 charge that was not justified with in the first place. 50.00$ Cost you thousands in business Your a pretty smart business person,glad you dont work for me.ID FIRE YOU !!! Theres a new owner there. Nice chick. She cares about people and is very hands-on. From the yelp reviews, the previous owner sounded like a real dick dastardly. I didnt meet him but the reviews are multiple. If you were wronged before, give the place a chance now. Ill always champion an owner/manager trying to change things for the better. I understand how this is a process to implement and change perceptions/opinions. On to the wash, its great. Ill have to research the wax, but the shine is very obvious and thorough. Im trying to figure out the best combination of wash options...but the top wash is definitely worth it if you want the best clean and shine consistently. Other car washes, in other towns to not be mentioned, offer full service - inside and out. Unless your a slob, you dont need constant inside cleaning. This place offers a great value for not having the whole inside services. They have vacuums and vending self-service offerings, however. I dont write reviews often on such services, but Im fortunate to have this place a few miles from my place. If anything changes, impartially, Ill be back here to write and update.

This car wash scratched the roof of my car and did almost $800 in damages! The car wash owner refused to pay for damages! I will be taking him to court very soon! Stay clear of this car wash! It will destroy your car!!! If anyone else had their car damaged please contact me. We may be able to proceed with a class action law suit! Response to Owner: The damage is definitely not from someone keying my car! I went into the car wash and there was NO DAMAGE! I came out of the car wash and there was a scratch on my roof. I get in and out of my car about 7 times a day and the damage is on the drivers side of the roof. I am over 6 ft tall so I noticed it right away. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the owner totally ignored them! Why isnt this business a member of the Better Business Bureau? Be suspicious of any business that is not a member of the BBB! Stay clear of this car wash! Many people have complained about this carwash damaging their vehicles! Apparently the track system can scratch your rims and hubcaps too!

This carwash changed owners and I have not been impressed with the transition. What I loved about Carwash Express was that it was open 7 AM until & PM. They now close at 6 PM during the week and I believe on Saturday. Having it open until 7 was great for those of us who may have to put in a later day at the office or before I had to run off to a meeting or dinner later at night. Im all about customer service and I really liked it when you used to pay at the window because I felt like I was getting a personal experience, but now with the Kiosks, it lost that touch. I have also noticed that I dont think my car is getting that well of a wash. This morning, I parked after the wash to dry of my vehicle and I noticed there was still some dirt on the side of the car and in between the lettering of the make of my vehicle. One thing Im glad the owner did was that they repaved the areas where the vacuums are because they were in bad shape.
