Sorry to say free isnt always good. I heard from a few friends that a new car was opened on rt1 and they were giving free car washes. I normally go to the car wash in Hamilton on rt33 which I never had any issues. So I figured id give these guys a shot hell it was free if I didnt like it I could pursue business elsewhere. On the day I went It was mobbed when I got there but the line was moving quickly. The staff seemed to be on there toes directing cars efficiently. When you get to the booth they handed me a brochure the gate went up and I proceeded in. I bot to the wash section they have instructions to put the vehicle in neutral take hands off the steering wheel and feet off brake and gas pedals. The wash stopped while in the middle of cleaning my car i could see a light blinking the car in front of me through his car into drive and drove off the track. I nervously waited but we began moving again toward 2 rollers looked like they were for cleaning wheels/ tires side skirts sounded like my car hit them but i figured nah. So when i got out of the wash I proceeded to dry off the car and discovered my bumper on both sides in the same spot had been scratched the clips that hold the bumper on the passenger were popped out and the bumper was sagging my side skirt was also scratched. The bottom of my bumper looked like someone took a cheese grater to it granted people bottom out on things but this was fresh It was like the staff disappeared I went to the auto parts store and got more clips for the bumper but damn man you guys my car even though they are 3 small scratches I know they are there and wouldnt have had those scratches if I had not gone to your car wash.

Love the car wash overall ever since it opened but today I went In and got the valet service for and extra 15$ and I thought it was gonna save me some time and energy. I get the truck back and the smell of dirt was gone but when I got back home I open my trunk and I see that they didnt even put effort into vacuuming. I was also planning on getting a wash club plan since Im there almost one a week and I was looking forward to putting the valet service on the plan and the wax as well but after what I saw today on how the people just didnt put any effort into vacuuming I might just do all the services myself. I could of saved 15$ but done a better job with everything in about the same time it took them to service my truck. I would not recommend valet service. Hopefully in the future when I give them another shot at the valet service that it will be better. The car wash 4.5 stars (I found a broken wiper after going through once) Valet service 1 star.

This is the best car wash Ive ever been to. My car looked brand new when I left. They provide free towels and vacuums after the wash. I cleaned my door panels, trunk, mirrors and windows. They play music in the vacuum area which is inside so youre not out in the weather. I know there is full service options for the interior but I couldnt figure out where to buy it at the kiosk. I would suggest bringing Windex and interior wash if you come here and plan to only use self service. I really love this place. The design of everything is pretty cool too. Almost like youre in a space tunnel lol. If I could own a car wash this is how it would look. I didnt see any signs for pet washes or lube so I dont think its an option here. This place is right behind wawa and McDonalds. They provide coupons too

Only good if youre doing simple car washes for the exterior. I have been here many times before doing the $9 and $12 exterior options. I got interior valet service today and I couldnt be more dissatisfied. I ended up pulling over after and cleaning the whole inside and vacuuming it all myself. Complete waste of the extra $15 for interior valet. My seats were still dirty with stuff that couldve been easily vacuumed off, my floor mats were still dirty even though they "took them out to clean them", and my windows had more streaks on them than before I came due to lack of wiping off cleaner. Would highly advise to stay away from interior valet service here.

Arrived well before the scheduled "closing time" and the doors were locked. Met with a young woman who said they closed early due to a "malfunction." However, I looked over to witness approx 7-8 other vehicles being serviced. To add insult to injury, I witnessed a maroon SUV jump the curb and was granted access by a technician as I returned to my vehicle. How convenient during major promotion period. I will never come back and in addition offer my word of mouth recommendations/opinions to my friends. Incredibly disappointed that they opted to close early to save money.

Amazing wash even at $9, great monthly plans, free unlimited vacuums and free microfiber towel use if you dont want to pay $15 extra for valet service to wipe down your car, vacuum, and clean the windows. The brilliance wax is really lovely! By far the most clean, high-tech automated wash Ive ever seen! Good attendants, cool looks, clean and new. Free wifi and customer bathrooms. Protect your front license plate (their attendant will put a cover over your rear windshield wiper by habit). Looking forward to someday soon using their full detail service!

Jose, who claimed to be a manager, was completely rude and disrespectful! I spent $39 on a car wash and valet service that left my rims with black residue on them from the tire shine. Jose refused to allow my rims to be wiped clean by another worker who had performed this service the day before for me. Jose refused to get the manager for me. Ray, another employee, cleaned the rims for me and apologized. Jose, if he is a manager, should be demoted or given significant training about customer service.

Be careful of them stealing your car mats.I went on November 27th and left not paying attention and after a couple days later, I noticed all my Acura mats werent there. I called the admin staff to rectify the situation but they never called back. This has never happened to me at any other car wash and although I find their facility to be grand looking and its very local to me, they just lost what could have been a recurring customer.

I like the place, its a very good car wash. You can say a bit pricey but when your car comes out it looks nice. Whole automatic area its soo much better then to other places, hot wax is finally in right spot. When it comes to Inside job, depending on who will you get, they are good but not perfect. What I really dint like, is that after wash extra wax. Its pointless because you have to spend next 20 min trying to clean in.

I want to start off by saying that although there is a sign stating, not responsible for damages, there is no sign saying fold your mirrors. My side view mirror was damaged due to the very aggressive machines and I was then told that they will not fix my mirror I have to do it myself. WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS THE MACHINES ARE VERY AGGRESSIVE ENTER AT OWN RISK!
