I refuse to ever use this car wash again, and will urge others against it. When my car emerged from the car wash it was missing the antenna. I was then approached by the manager on duty, David, and was accused of not having the antenna on the car in the first place, questioning my judgment of whether or not I know something about my car is not something I appreciate from a manager or owner of a business. I was then told by David, who took down my name and number, that they would look for the antenna and I would receive a phone call from him, whether they found it or not in two days. I never received a phone call. I could tell by the look on his face that I would never receive that phone call (I could tell that he just saw me as a punk kid, too bad Im in law school). Its wonderful to get not only accusation, but such poor customer service and such a lack of courtesy of ever receiving the phone call. Ive since gone to a mechanic to get an estimate on a replacement, where I was informed that by the attendant not removing the antenna before entering the car wash the antenna was snapped off by the car wash mechanisms. This "snapping off" the mechanic informed me would entail a very costly repair and rewiring of the entire antenna system.

This is the 2nd time Ive used this car wash. The first time I was not impressed, but figured I would give it a second chance since it is close to my house. Never again! First, there were two guys vacuuming the inside and I noticed the one guy finished a lot sooner than the other and started smoking a cigarette. When I got in, I noticed he did a terrible job on his side. Secondly, I bought the $25 dollar "ultimate" package. There was still clear uncleaned spots on the inside in open areas like the dash and center console. Also there was water/ cleaning liquids all over the place which they left behind and failed to dry. Third, the outside was a poor job as well. Obvious water marks and areas which were not dried. Finally. the package I bought included the tire shine, but the stuff they put on must be incredibly watered down because it does not show it AT ALL. Back to Prices Corner for me.

Arrived at 5:50PM (Close at 6) and got a basic interior/exterior job. When I asked to have my front floor mats washed I was told they couldnt because they were closed. After speaking with the owner he said "No because i would have to ask someone to stay late." The vacuum job was horrible. Dirt was easily visible in my car after the interior cleaning. Additionally, the car wash itself was terrible. Dirt/grime was still stuck to the front bumper and hood after the car was washed and wiped down by the cleaners afterwards. Overall horrible customer experience. Owner is disconnected with how to run a business. Coupled with the fact they do a poor job at cleaning a car, I will never go back there and would advise everyone the same.

This was the final straw!! They didnt vacuum under the floor mats & left puddles of water in the cup holders or wipe down anything inside, after talking to manager was pretty much was told that I didnt buy the right package? Funny.....Thought vacuuming was standard? And wiping their puddles of water up? Was included? I will admit after waiting 24 additional minutes to attempt to re-vacuum the car the manager said he would do the works for free next time but I should have spent the extra$$ & had it done the first time?? Who says that?? Oh yeah they were also smoking in the bay area while vacuuming out the cars? Wow!! Bad customer service and Bad Experience.....

My experience at the magic carwash was a great experience the employees were very friendly and nice and the salesman i think his name was rick he did a great job at explaining the difference between the washes and he was very helpful they are also very children friendly they have a fake car for the kids and my child loved it they also have a slide built-in which my child also loves they are a great team i even saw and talked to the manager dan i told them this was a great overall experience that they did a awesome job on my car i will be continuing to get my car washed there the team work they have is so wonderful u definitely need the team that dan has

Had a free wash card from my local auto shop and stopped in to get salt off the car. Overall uncomfortable experience. Wanted to ride through but was told I had to get out of the car to sign something. Once out of my car the attendant got in with my girlfriend and told me I had to go inside and sign a piece of paper saying my car was being cleaned. I felt like I was at a traffic stop. On the other end the drying & wipe down job was poor. I now have a coating of ice / wax on my mirrors, and my windshield wipers are frozen to the windshield. Would have been upset to have paid the high price listed for these services.

My experience was a bit different. (Granted a car wash is a car wash not a detailer )I just made it before they closed and got the outside wash only. When they started hand drying the car there was a worker who went above and beyond. His name was Omar and he was beyond pleasant. He also took the time to clean the wheels by hand on my WRX. I was beyond impressed with Omar. I will be back to catch up with him. Thanks again. B (the blue wrx)

Just washed my 2011 Santa Fe here and they scratched the crap out of my hood! I told them about it and they denied it and refuse to fix the problem that they caused! There are Zig-Zag marks in the paint caused by the back and forth motion of their cleaning equipment! I DID NOT DO THIS TO MY OWN CAR !!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE!!!!

Ive had north of 50 car washes here and have had nothing but good results every single time. Their basic wash (which costs less than a premium car wash at a gas station) is probably the best car wash in new castle county... I take good car of my car and have been to a few good places but this place is consistently the best.

I used to go alot, nice people working there etc. The issue is like others have reported, they scratch my black car, like zig zag surface scratches. Not in the CLear coat, can be buffed out, but why do I need to do body work, detail work on my car just because I need to fix what the machines are doing? Never again.

Service was exceptional! Thank you so much for cleaning my car on a cold windy day. I had a terrible stain in my seat that I tried to get out several times and couldnt. After coming here the stain is out! So excited to have my car clean with a new freshener from the shop inside. Everyone was very polite thank you!

You have to pay for the works if you want them, if not, then theyre just going to wipe down your car so you can drive away quick. Im sitting here watching while they shampoo my rugs and they are fast at getting the cars dry. They are furiously scrubbing my car and it looks great and smells great!
