On September 2, 2013, Labor Day, I went into the Auto Bell for the first time. I paid for and received a car wash. In addition, I requested and paid for the rubber trim around the bottom of my Jeep to be shined. After I was notifies/flagged that my Jeep was ready, I noticed that the rubber trim was not shined in lots of areas. It was awful and sloppy. At that time I shared that with the preparer that he had missed several areas. He began to wipe and shine all areas without me telling him where to get wiped. I followed him around the jeep. Once we got to the right side of the Jeep facing the street, I noticed my rim cover center piece missing. I immediately questioned the preparer cleaning my Jeep WHAT HAPPENED TO MY RIM COVER CENTER PIECE. I NOTICED THAT RIM WAS ALSO STILL DIRTY. The preparer looked away and stated “I don’t know where it went.” I looked him in his eyes and asked once again, WHAT HAPPENED TO MY RIM COVER CENTER PIECE. He then said ok let me go check in the wash area. I exclaimed well I saw from where I was standing in the shop - you and two other guys on this rim. I also stated I could not see what you were doing but I could actually see you all bending down on your knees. I reminded I saw James, him and a Hispanic preparer. The preparer replied - well let me get James (while smiling). James came to my Jeep with a free car wash ticket and began to clean the dirty rim. At that time I asked for the manager, James stated manager’s name was Kyle and they do not have an office number. He gave me Kyle’s cell number. I called and left three (3) voice mails for Kyle. He never returned my call but contacted James. According to James, Kyle told James to take pictures of my Jeep. The next day round 12:33pm, I contacted Kyle until he finally answered the phone. Kyle laughed on the phone as if this was a joke to him. He replied he could not review camera footage because he could not work the cameras. He stated that his guys don’t steal and HE can and will vouch for them. Then he hung up on me. I called back and asked for HIS manager. Kevin took two days to contact me back. I spoke to Kevin. Kevin was very argumentative and disruptive towards me. In the end he replied he would not be held responsible for the loss, he trusts his workers, and I can go ahead and put negative information on social media because he did not care. I asked to see camera footage. He replied he could not get footage. I explained I tried to work this out without calling police. I thought we could review camera and determine what actually happened. He said give him to Friday, September 13, 2013, I did but no response. I went to website and found out about Kevin’s supervisor Marty Rouse, I believe. I left a message on Wednesday, September 18, 2013. As of this date – Tuesday – September 24, 2013, I have not heard from anyone from Auto Bell to try to rectify this matter. This is truly appalling and unprofessional. As of today, October 1, 2013, I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANY ONE SUPERIOR TO CONTACT ME BACK FOR DISCUSSION OF THIS MATTER. THIS BUSINESS IS VERY EXTREMELY UNORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I MAY JUST HAVE TO FILE A CLAIM IN MY LOCAL COURT JURISDICTION TO ASSIST WITH RESOLVING THIS MATTER!!!!!!!!!

Well, I write this as I wait for my vehicle after wash. Poor service overall. Let me tell you why : 1) Whenever you give for a wash during times when there is a bit of rush, they just rush through the wipe down which usually leaves a smudge on the windows/dash. 2) If you dont pay close attention walking along the entire length of the see through window, they try to cheat u by skipping a few steps of the entire wash process even when you have ordered for a wash that includes them. I have had at least 2 experiences where they skipped polish and sealer steps on a super wash and the autogloss on the double poly. I made them re- run it. Ive strongly reprimanded an associate named Cal, employee no 8699 on the 17th of Feb, today. I have started taking video recordings of the entire length of the wash as proof. 3) They often skip the fragrance in the double poly package, and I have had to come back to get it done, which is the time they tell you only Black Ice scent sir. 4) Often they have skipped vacuuming the entire vehicle. Not sure about other locations (thought I have heard similar stories from my colleagues and friends) Istrongly dont recommend this outlet. You can see that this does not have a good rating either, and they sure are not getting one from me today. If anyone can recommend a good auto wash service in the Raleigh/Durham area, Id like to try that out.

I went today to get my car detailed, and I bought the $15.99 Full Service Wash. They did vacuum out the interior, but the dash and console was not wiped down (that is supposed to be part of the Full Service Wash). There was water (or some other liquid) left in the cup holders in the center console. The part that made me the most upset, was that the windows were terribly water spotted. This was due to the car sitting in the hot sun for over 15 minutes after it went through the car wash. They also sprayed window cleaner on the inside of the windows, but never wiped it off. That made both sides of all the windows in the car water spotted. It took me over an hour to clean off the water spots with a polish. Luckily I had it, because I am in the auto glass business. I will NEVER go here again, and I will make sure that no one I know goes here. I would love to have the owners of this establishment have their cars detailed to look like mine did. That might change the way they do their jobs. Nothing is worse than paying for something and not getting what you paid for.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I will never go here again! They talked me into paying $75 to get a complete service and to vacuum and shampoo my carpets... First of all they dont vacuum the seats only the floor and mats which they didnt tell me before hand or else I wouldnt have paid the extra $45 they charge for shampooing Because honestly that is really ridiculous... Anyway after waiting for an hour I finally get my car and its horrible!!! The inside was barely cleaned, it looked like it was only half vacuumed. I was so disappointed I went back the next day and tried to get my money back and wooo big surprise but they dont do refunds. Instead one of the guys said he would re clean the inside and so I let him. Big surprise again, it was still horrible. I pointed out all the spots he missed and he just said, "sorry thats the best we can do." Yeah. I was robbed. Never again, will be cleaning out my own car from now on.
