I came to this car wash to get my wifes 2003 Ford Focus cleaned up a bit. I noticed the passenger side vertical spinning cleaners that hug into the car werent even touching the car, while the drivers side was cleaned properly. I went in and asked the attendant about, thinking perhaps they were simply not working properly. Ive come to this facility for years to get a quick wash on my audi and they have always hugged in tight. The attendant, Evan, tells me that he has to only lightly "wrap around" the car because on these older focus and taurus models the mirrors will break. I was watching the wash the whole time and they were not moved at all. Far be it to me to question Evans integrity, but frankly it smells like bullshit. Afterall, the drivers side was hit full blast and mirrors are still attached... I passed along that feedback, but Evan didnt waiver. I think Im going to have to find another car wash now. Drives me nuts when a company allows its employees to be dishonest. If the owner wants to explain that in fact this model car cant be washed the same on the drivers and passengers side, I would appreciate it.

Awesome Car wash and staff!!! Family run, owned and operated My BMW looks "showroom" every time I leave the establishment. I used to pay $45/per at other places and the car dint look near great. Advice: Speak with Candice or her Father directly. They are great to work with. If you have a fleet, speak with them. Personally: I grabbed the monthly package. I dont know how they get the wheels and tires to shine for a week plus but they do. Candice is a hands on operator, knows cars, knows detailing, AND knows how to treat a Customer.(and everyone) like family EVERY visit. They have a monthly package which is unbeatable. I tend to be shy on recommendations. Let this be the exception. This is an awesome car wash. Not only for the beautiful way your car will look, but, because of the TLC you will see displayed. Something went wrong with their track and my car ended up colliding with the car in front of me while in the wash (both cars were in neutral and under their control). Luckily there was no damage to either car as the collision wasnt that hard. However, my car came out still covered in soap. The other driver and I requested to speak with the owner who came out yelling rudely and and telling us to sue her because it wasnt there fault. There wasnt any damage to the cars so I never even asked or implied wanting money for anything, all I wanted was my car recleaned because it was still covered in soap. They at least recleaned it after the owner was done yelling but they were very rude and arrogant to deal with. I will not be going back there obviously.

Been coming here since they opened. Best wash and price is great! Had the worst experience tonight. After fighting rush hr traffic to get there at 609 on a friday night, only to find out they close at 6. Car in front of me and in back of me, we all were disappointed and surprised that on a friday they closed at 6. Thats besides the point. When asking the girl that walked out the door what time they closed, she rudely slammed the door before yelling "we are closed!!". When speaking to a few other clients about this incident, i learned they have had similiar experiences with her lack of customer service. Needless to say, i wont be back! Such a shame, i really liked the place.

DONT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE !!! huge waste of money not only did they damage my car and refuse to pay for it saying it was my fault but my car wasnt even clean....I mean by the time it dried it was covered in little soap scum spots had to take it back home and fix it and rewash it!! Would still really like them to fix my car after their crappy carwash damaged it!!

Cheap but nice car wash . Car always comes out spotless, and I can take my time and vacuum out my car/trunk. Has two terminals so you dont have to wait in one long line.. always clean environment. I drive from pennsauken to get here and I dont mind. Pictures need to be updated though because it is now $6 car wash.

I have so problem with the wash, just the staff. I am partially deaf in my left ear and when I asked them to repeat, they did so with arrogance and annoyance. They will not receive my money again. The wash was great and free vacuuming is a plus. So sad a small business cant exceed with customer service.

I get the tire shine & am ALWAYS impressed at how much nicer my tires look after the wash! Seriously worth it. Im surprised to hear complaints about their staff, although Ive never met the girl people are talking about, but Ive always found the guys to be very helpful & pleasant.

Am sorry. Worst cash I have been to. Its like the car was never washed. If you like free and vacuumong your own car after you pay $9 or more you are on your own. I gotta say very nice set up though, I am never coming back.

Absolutely the best car wash Ive found in South Jersey. Customer service is great and the best deals are ladies day on Tuesday and mens day on Wednesday, where you get the platinum car wash (their top level service) for $10.

$5 for car wash and vacuum is well worth the money, and my car always comes out looking great! I never used to get my car washed, but this place makes it a pleasure.

Good deal for the price. You can stay in the car for the wash. Vacuum is included, but you have to do it yourself, which I usually prefer anyway.

Reasonable priced. Convenient, nobody enters your vehicle. Sometomes leaves behind some soap/dirty spots.
