To give this place a 1 star review is being generous. I wish I had the option to give it none. I called at 10 am to make an appointment for a simple oil change and was told to come at 2pm. I dropped my car off at 1:45pm and left. I was told it would take two hours and should hear from them around 4pm. At around 4:50 I showed up at the store, knowing it was Sunday and they closed at 5pm, figuring they had just forgot to call me. The manager Ed caught me in the parking lot and told me my oil change had not been completed. He was very rude and abrupt and said they were busy and "these things happen". I reminded him that I had called ahead and made an appointment and that I had even left my car for them to have for four hours. He then proceeded to tell me that the other employee who had helped me, told him I said it was okay to keep the car and complete the oil change tomorrow. Those words never came out of my mouth, nor was it ever even mentioned or an option. He huffed and said he would complete the oil change but I would have to wait for him to finish a break job, and would have to wait over an hour. I declined and asked for my keys back. Normally I wouldnt be so angry, but this is the second time that this has happened. My sister dropped her car off once for an oil change and they forgot about it as well, then acted annoyed when she was upset and still wanted the oil change done. This used to be a great establishment, but take your money somewhere else where your business is appreciated.

Lazy scam artists. Car was leaking coolant. I know.this because Ive been filling it with coolant everyday. Brought to these dummies to see if they can fix it around 1pm. Basically let my car sit there right before closing time to call and tell me the reason why its leaking was due to a missing cap. Which is bs because Ive been removing the cap to fill it everyday. So they charge me $15 for a new cap and $30 for the pressure tEST they never did. Just tell me your too lazy to fix a broken radiator next time instead of scamming me $45 and wasting my time. Advise all people to go elsewhere. By the way, car is still leaking coolant.

worse customer service ever. Not exaggerating! You get ignored while waiting at the counter. Will not answer phones an hour prior to closing. My last experience was 6/12/2013, the attendant just walked away when I came in to ask him about trying to fix a problem for the 3rd time. I still have the engine light on and have to go elsewhere to get it fixed. As long as he is there I will not go there again. And I discourage anyone to go there. Its just not worth it. also the location on the map appears at the intersection on of 36 with Broadway but its supposed to be at rt 36 with Monmouth Rd( rt 71)

Dont go to Firestone, read the reviews. They suck ,, it took them 5 hours to diagnose my repair and another 5 hours to attempt the fix and after I paid 1000k zoie they told me that I should go to Meineke to have the repair finished. Just go to Meineke to start, see Charlie at the location on 35 in eatontown, by McDonalds. Within an hour he had my estimate and an hour later it was complete.

I used to live in the area but had to move and now I am back living in the area again. There was a guy here that apparently no longer works here anymore, believe his name was John, he is no longer there, so after a thinking about it I decided to let the techs there work on my car and they did a decent job but I really liked that other guy. If anyone knows where he is, let me know!

Its a very professional auto repair shop.I see some customer got a little upset with delays on their services but unfortunately it happens all over the place on all kind of business. At least my experience is a good as will get. I have also got about 1 hour delay but doesnt bother me if job is done right. Fair price too.
