I worked with a personal trainer, Marcia for 3 months. Prior to working with Marcia, I went to physical therapy because of some pain in my legs. Although, the pain got much better, it did not dissipate. After working with Marcia for just a few sessions, the pain was gone. I also had my body moved in directions I never knew it could move. I lost 20 pounds and that was without really addressing my nutritional habits. That will be my next challenge. All in all, it was a great experience It was just what I needed to get me motivated. The center is a great place, the equipment is outstanding and varied and the staff is helpful and most knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this center as an outstanding place to work on ones fitness.
