The most unprofessional organization I have done business with (and I do business with many entities). I was able to sign up for membership immediately (a child from the nursery would have done it if no one were at the desk) but when it came to cancelling it was a whole different story. Went in on a Saturday and was told the person that was authorized to cancel was not there. I went back two weeks later and was told that the manager had to cancel the membership and she was not in on weekends. I then asked if I could come in on Monday at 7. Manager could not be there. Leaves at 6 is what I was told. I had them MAKE me an appointment for 6. Went in and was told I would have to pay them for the upcoming month because I did not cancel 10 days prior. Are you kidding me!! How convenient. I spoke my piece, gave them two checks and membership still wasnt cancelled. Computer down. The checks were cashed but yet no email to confirm cancellation. Such an incompetent operation - I dont expect them to be around too long. I am still not done yet....... stay tuned. I would not recommend them and they wouldnt have gotten one star (only way you could post a review).

I really do not recommend this gym. I changed gyms due to the distance and a convenience thing, and the whole cancellation process has been a nightmare. They told me I had to cancel in person, I came in to do that, and the manager wasnt there. They said they would notate this on the account, I come back again, manager is not there. First of all, not really sure why a manager has to be present to cancel an account, and if they are needed for such "critical" processes, there should always be a manager present. Now I am being charged for another month even thought the two times I came in person was before that 10 day period, but they had no manager available. Not only that, I tried sending them a signed letter by e-mail, and they wont accept it unless it is certified. I have to now go get it certified or come in to the gym again in person. Fine, its in the contract blah blah blah, well have a manager available then.

At first, me and my sister liked there so much because their prices were reasonable and their stuff, too. Even they do not serve WIFI in there but as I said before I couldnt complain coz of their price ( we are currently paying $24 something for plus membership) This morning I recognized that they charged annual fee ($49) on my account I am saying this because when we signed up the person DID NOT say we were supposed to pay this fee. The reason we chose that because we thought they do not require annual fee ( we did ask to that person about annual fee and he did not say Yes) I mean they even dont serve WIFI there. So, I am asking a question "why are you guys taking that money? For what? " for doing business you should be honest to your consumers!!!!! I am giving second star because of your employees they are nice except the person who tried to misinform us!! Thanks

Great gym and great staff UNTIL I was in an accident and needed to cancel my membership and personal training commitment. Despite the fact that I broke my back, 10 ribs, sternum, collarbone and shoulder blade on 11.2, the auto payment deducted on 11.14 will not be refunded - almost $500. I supplied the required doctors note but since it was not received prior to the deduction "theres nothing we can do" was the final word. Gee, I guess I shouldve been able to get that note to them sooner, like while I was in ICU for 8 days at MCV? DO NOT sign a training agreement.

Didnt have much time to go to the gym , due to the business I own, so I tried to cancel the membership, I called the gym & they told me I had to go in person then they told me I had to wait for the manager , when the manager got there , she supposedly canceled my membership & I paid for the months I didnt even go to the gym . And 2 months after I find out she DID NOT cancel my membership & I own lots of money & they put me in collection. And I really dont know who to talk to, so they actually cancel the membership. This gym was just the worst . Honestly.

Over charged for late fees. You cant get late fees if your taking out the money from my card. Cant get one person to tell me the right time when Brie or Stacy will be available to cancel my membership. Rude over the phone, they tell me she will be there till 8pm, when I call to make sure Stacy will be there she tells me shes leaving in 15 minutes. Then tried to say I should just pay the $14.95 for child care if I have issues coming to the gym. Im trying to cancel, not asking for your advice about how I should take care of my kids Stacy!!! Isnt worth it.

I have a good experience with the gym generally. I switched from Planet Fitness around December 2016, and I dont regret it. My only thing is 1 guy at the front desk that could be a little nicer; I dont know his name and dont really care to know. Other than that, my training sessions are fun and challenging with a nice trainer, and when I come to work out other than training, its a great time. Ooo also Monday night zumba at 6pm is the BOMB! The teacher has rhythm and the right music to move to!

YOUR STAFF HAS THEEEE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY DID NOT GREET ME! NOR ASK ME IF I NEED ANY HELP WITH ANY OF THE EQUIPMENTS OR THE WAY TO THE REST ROOM ETC....I WAS FEELING SO LOST AND FUSTRATED WITH EVERYTHING! THIS GETS 1 STAR ONLY BECAUSE ITS IN HAMILTON NJ AND ITS THE ONLY WAY ITLL ALLOW ME TO POST THIS REVIEW.

Decent Gym with all the basic equipment you really need. I wish they had more variety of equipment. But I say that about every gym. There seems to be tons of cardio equipment and less weight equipment everywhere you go. But overall good experience.

Have been an attending patron for a little over a year. The gym is clean and conveniently located. The staff, manager and owners are very helpful and attentive. The monthly cost options are just right. Only wish they had a pool.

Started out fine and went downhill fast. Im going back to planet fitness. I got ripped off with the personal trainer, they no longer offer wiifii, classes are horrible, no one to help with machines............

Theres only one class going at a time. I asked for a schedule of the classes two weeks straight and I kept getting told the printer is broke. Really? Cant get into website to see the class schedule.
