The coaches - especially Joe and Amy are awesome. Having worked out my entire life but never in a cross fit environment - theyve been nothing short of great in teaching me movements Ive never attempted before and the workouts create a new level of muscle confusion that leaves me wanting to get better and better. Awesome gym - go try it out and you wont be disappointed.

Awesome CrossFit box. Coaches to members, the community of support and amazing. Im the FNG and never felt out of place or awkward and the results after 2 months is addiciting. Im hooked to the sport but most importantly the people!
