So, I just moved into an apartment in Astoria. I needed a new lock installed and new keys made. After a quick google search I found Admiral Lock and Key Co. I called them up and the lady who answered the phone, Roz was very nice and knowledgable. The locksmith got to me at the time he said he would be there. He was professional and courteous. I felt the price was right. When I went in to have my keys made, it was very nice to meet Roz, she made my keys and they all work. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them again and again!

so i just called this place today to get a quote the person who i spoke with was quite rude. when i was trying to talk and explain what i was trying to get he stop me and said you gonna let me speak? there is a saying the customer is always right and before i can even do business with this place he was out of line. perhaps today is not a good day for him but that is no excuse I can not say if hes good or not but for someone to act like that is rude and not respectful i will not do business with this place

I had an excellent experience at Admiral locksmith on Broadway at 38th Street Astoria Queens. Fast and kind service at reasonable prices. I lost my keys I return to the store to find my keys. The owner looked near all the key cut machines in the store and then helped me patiently to find them in my bag. Thank you very much.
