I called The Locksmith House early on a weekday to find out how much it would cost to replace an entire lock/doorknob. Eli, the representative who answered the phone was very helpful, giving me simple instructions to email him pictures of the doorknob and lock so that he could give me an estimate on how much the job would cost. I emailed Eli and he responded promptly with a very fair price for the whole job (supplies plus labor). We agreed to book the job for that same afternoon, just an hour or so later. The whole process, from calling initially to setting the appointment, went very quickly and smoothly. Even faster was the actual install. Mark, the locksmith, arrived half an hour earlier than scheduled, and the whole job took ten to fifteen minutes tops. I barely noticed him remove the old doorknob and put in the new because he was worked so smoothly and professionally. If youre in need of a locksmith, definitely consider The Locksmith House. Reasonable rates, professional and friendly service, what more could you ask for?

jeff is professional, friendly , and does great work for a reasonable price. He called to give me a quote, had me take pictures of the locks to ensure the quote was accurate, and didnt change the price on me when he arrived. By the way, 1) he arrived early (which I prefer to being late!), 2) in terrible weather, and 3) on his day off to help me out. He even helped me with getting my bags inside before he got right to work! jeff completed the job within the quoted time and there were NO SURPRISES on length of time or total costs. Just honest pay for honest work. jeff is doesnt push products you dont need, doesnt charge you for things you didnt anticipate, and he keeps it real all around. Are you STILL looking for a fantastic locksmith who knows his stuff, offers competitive pricing, and best-in-class customer service? Seriously? Stop reading reviews, do yourself a favor, and book jeff - right now. Trust me, youll be happy you did!

Bad news and good news: I hired Locksmith-House to replace and re-key an exterior doorknob to my old keys... At first, they messed it up and re-keyed it to a new key but after we informed them, they were extremely honorable and extremely professional and came back the very next day to fix the lock and re-key it back to the old keys.... all at no extra charge. It is very rare to find service people who are willing to act so professionally and even, yes, accept responsibility when they mess up (were all human, after all). The new lock works great and at the end of the story we are very satisfied customers. We would definitely recommend them. These are honest and professional people through & through.

they workking very fast and did a good job installing a couple of intercoms at our place. They were careful to minimize the holes in the walls, which we appreciated, and the prices in the end were very reasonable. My keys were lost this week, and when I called I was able to get a technician right away. He fixed both my regular door deadbolt and my mailbox key very quickly. On top of that, their prices were also more affordable than other services in the area. Id use them again, no doubt.

Confirmed on the phone price would be $49-$120 max. Guy came over and demanded $156 cash. He didnt even have to take a tool out he just stuck a credit card like object in the door and it popped open. Total rip off. If I was a jewish man this would not have happened.
