BEWARE.. they will tell you to come in and sign up with their office because they have so many cases, its a lie!!!!!!!!!! It takes like 6 months or more before they call you for a job. Once you sign up, then they go to various companies with a bunch of resumes telling them they have this many nurses available to work, just to get a compnay to work with them. Once they finally get a case/contract, they will call you expecting you to work the next day. I really needed a second job so I put up with all their crap; cases being canceled after I already left my house and then they refused to pay for travel time, being yelled at by schedulers because I refused to take last minutes cases, being told one pay rate and getting another on my check... I finally had enough when they deducted money from my check and their response was they over paid me. It was another lie. I refused to work until I got my money back and it still took over 6 months to finally get it all back.

Administrative staff is very difficult to deal with. There is a discrepancy with a bill. They are bullying my 80 year old mom. I asked them to send the paper work and to deal with me directly not my 80 year old mom, but instead they first threaten her to put her in collections. Then have a lawyer send a threatening letter to her home. She was in tears last night.! when i called them today to ask why the lawyer didnt contact me directly like I asked - Kim (who will not let me talk to Kathryn the owner) slammed the phone down and told me never to call them. How can I resolve the billing difference if they wont provide paper work and wont let me talk to the owner. They made a billing error and didnt reach out for six months - now they want to be paid without the paper work to back up what they are saying. And they think bullying an elder women is the way to do it.

Very unprofessional the job i had withh them was paying 11 hr meanwhile ppl who were not hired through the agnecy were being payed 15 hr which is very unfair i dont recommend working for them and when i quit my job n i called to get another one kim was very rude on the phone very unprofessional n made me wanna go into the office and make a scene thats how disrespected i felt and they told me theres no jobs vailable for you and hung up on me dont waste your time with this agency

What that other reviewer wrote was totally true. They owe me money and never even mail it to me! This agency is bull$#$%^&. All of them if you sign up and work for them they try to get you to sign a paper that states " If you work for them you can not be hired by a company for a year or two, after you stop working for them. These agencies try to own you. Then they try to regulate your money.Dictate how much you can make.

Awesome agency and I had two stents with them. They are very professional and though Ive never been to the actual site in Merrick, its amazing how they handle their employees remotely. I definitely recommend what they off despite pay, it gives one the opportunity to optimize their TIME which is just as valuable as $$$. One of the better and safer supplemental jobs out there.
