I stood in line today for around 30 min. because of a computer problem.Like most times,Jeffery was working.Most often, he is very unpleasant or friendly.I am usually in and out quickly,so i dont pay much attention.This time i would have left much sooner had i not really needed to get a package out.The whole line stood there and had to endure his temper tantrums complaining about the computer junk he has to deal with and his boss who he goes on to say tries to be a "Hero" and lets everyone go home,and how he has to deal with this problem.I will consider going to another post office that is 2 miles farther than listen to someone mope and complain like they are the only one with problems...

Make sure you set aside an hour of your time. Service isnt bad occasionally. SERVICE IS BAD 100% of the time. Look out for Jeffrey, hopefully he retires soon so he can go be miserable to someone else other than everyone that walks through the blasdell post office.

I have never had a pleasant experience at this post office. The staff at this office is completely miserable. It doesn’t matter what time of day or what you need, they are just awful. Avoid at all cost.

Always takes very long there. Staff is very slow and unhelpful, and not very friendly. They act like it is a big deal to answer a question! I dont like going there at all.

The men that work in this office are not friendly at all. They dont seem happy. But I cant say it is consistent with every customer.
