If there is 0 star, I will give this place 0 star. People there are rude and feckless with no desire to serve. There are more than three times they refused to take my mail or packages, I had to turn to the close-by UPS (Park West Village Plaza) store or went to the post office. They used different reasons to refuse your mail, such that they were closed after 9pm. But the fact is, they still run their business at that time. The only reason I go over there is because it is the closest usps post office near my apartment, I would not recommend this place and it seems that they lost tracking one of my really important mail, hopefully it did not send to the wrong place and USPS should really investigate this place.

Shitty post office. They are rude to folks. I dropped off merchandise to be returned to a company & the merchandise didnt make a move until a month later. They tried to say my package wouldnt scan when I initially dropped it off but still took my package...RED FLAG OF BULLSHIT #1. After all the scans started showing up of movement as I was tracking my package, it only took a week for my package to make it to its destination even though it was just sitting at their location for a few days beyond a month! Luckily there was no time frame that the package had to be shipped within. I will never use this post office again to have anything shipped. They take their own sweet time doing things.

Really pathetic that you have to wait till they sell items to all the myriad of people that come in after me. Worse, is that the packages and mail that others have dropped off are in plain site where someone in line for the cashier can reach in and take whatever they want. There is no protection or oversight of the parches and letters that folks have given them. And the bin/box of mail just piles up and over-flows. These folks should not be entrusted with our mail.

We waited for over 20 minutes to have them measure, weigh, and prepare our package for shipment so they could sell other things to people that came in after we did. At least a dozen people that came in after us received service before us because the clerk pushed us out of line since we were shipping a package. We will never come here to ship a package, buy gasoline, or give this establishment another cent of our money.

The people here suck. 0 stars. Couldnt scan my package and told me to go elsewhere after waiting several minutes for people buying pizzas and cigarettes that came in after me. Youre better off walking your package to its destination than trusting these people. Pathetic.

This is not a post office. All my packages I shipped here got delayed, one is not even in the USPS tracking systems after a week. When I went there to inquire, they told me to go to a post office. I wouldnt recommend shipping anything that you care about from here.

I guess its a little silly reviewing a government building but Ive only had good experiences here. The folks are friendly and if they see youre just picking up a package theyll take your little slip and pull you out of the line to grab it.

Only had nativity stamps which he gave without mentioning so we ended up with religious stamps we couldnt use. Better than the experience I had trying to get a different stamp at the other post office.
