Where do I begin....... so, I ordered some parts for my vehicle that was needed asap(cant predict car trouble), ordered Monday and was told itll be here by thursday (yesterday 01/07/2016), parts obviously didnt show up, see an update Friday afternoon showing it was at the post office. So I called after numerous attempts to get through cause the phone lines are forever busy. I talked to a young woman, told her I had a package there and if I can pick it up. After giving her the tracking number and verifying it was there, she said yes I can get it. That was about 2pm. I get to the post office at 4:15 pm and was told I couldnt get the packaged because it hasnt been processed, REALLY?!?!?! So your employee told me its ready, you tell me its not and now telling me nothing I can do and have to wait till tomorrow which would be fine and dandy if I was gonna be in town! Reason why I paid to have it by thursday, not saturday! So now my vehicle sits in the shop, I gotta pay more storage fees and also gotta rearrange my whole car schedule cause you cant deliver packages on time, thanks Apex USPS for ruining my week and costing me more money and I hope some government officials come in there and clean house, the whole office needs new employees including the manager who refused to give me her name. Really professional

Randy and Tracy are the best !!! Where do I start....We had to get the passport for our family that has a child with special needs. Getting an appointment was terrible (Called 2 of the numbers and no response and finally one of them called after 4 working days to give an appointment that was 2 weeks later, only to call after a couple of days to cancel that as well). Looking at the feedback from google, we decided to check out Apex PO. Randy was there and he was so considerate and helpful. Without compromising the priorities of the folks that already had an appointment, he discussed with us, worked out an appointment, spoke with his co-worker Tracy and made sure that everything is lined up(at the end, he casually mentions that he was supposed to go on a vacation that evening). We showed up the week after at the scheduled time, Tracy helped us to get the passport application submitted. Perhaps the best Passport services in the area (I could say that because, I checked out Holly Springs, Willow Springs & Fuquay Varina offices prior to checking out Apex). Kudos to you Randy and Tracy & Thank you !!!

This post office needs to get it together. I have had some bad postal service in different places but this mail is not just slow its not dependable! Mail gets delivered to the wrong houses, I live in a community where townhouses (where I live) have a lock and key type community mail area...the single family homes have their own mailboxes in front of their houses...I get packages in my box for the houses and then have to deliver them. I get other peoples mail all the time and on top of that I havent gotten mail in 4 days! I get that there was bad weather and maybe NC isnt equipped to handle it the way its handled up north where Im from, but Ive been driving on the roads for 4 days and they havent been out since Thursday to deliver mail. If I have anything time sensitive in my mailbox you better believe Im going to be raising hell. This is unacceptable. I dont expect anyone to risk their lives to deliver my mail---but we havent had one snowflake or drop of ice fall from the sky since Saturday and those flurries on Saturday didnt do much damage! Its Tuesday---get it together!

First off dont even try to file a complaint on the phone because you cant get through. Always busy! You dont ever know what time your mail is going to arrive, which I can live with that but its not getting your mail at all which I am concerned about. I am always getting other peoples mail in my box and some dont even have a address that is even close to mine. In the past two months I have not received three bill statements and a check I was expecting, someone else brought it to me it was in their mail box! This has happen before and when I called to complain, after a week of trying, I finally got through and they said they would look into it. It was better for a while and now its right back to not receiving my mail AGAIN. WHAT GIVES? As many people who are out of work the post office cant find someone body to do the job right??? Something needs to be done about this! ASAP!

This Apex USPS is trash. Ive ordered many things from amazon and they always arrive on time but ever since I moved to Apex, NC, this USPS office has been giving me lots of trouble. Whenever this specific USPS gets my package, its guaranteed late by a couple of days or shipped to the wrong address. Best of all, I call amazon, and they can confirm that the package is currently in that specific office (for whatever number of days)... they just fail to deliver on time/correctly. I can even call this office (if they feel like picking up the phone) and I can talk to them. "Hey you have X package?" "Yes we do" "You had it for the last 2 days and I paid extra for overnight shipping, feel like delivering it yet?" This office has already become a joke on NextDoor among neighbors and I am just amazed that this USPS could be so bad.

it is hard to even to begin to describe the level of frustration I have with this post office. If I could give negative stars I would. It is to the point that I do absolutely everything I can to not have anything delivered By this office. I am not sure if we have a new carrier everyday based on availability but it will be a miracle if I actually receive a package from them. In the last 90 days, they have lost 3 packages, recovered only two of those packages. 2 other packages we "delivered" to my town home lock boxes but I was never given a key to retrieve said packages. Needless to say, I have spent more then my fair share of time contacting this location trying to track my items down, that is when they actually pickup the phone.

I called to make an appt to have some passports renewed. I was put on hold for 30 minutes. When the man came back he was soooooo rude. Having worked with the public for over 30 years myself I could not believe the way he spoke to me. I had not renewed passports before and I had a few questions. He acted like I was putting him out in a big way. Unfortunately, I can not remember his name. Once I got to my appt the lady who helped me could not have been nicer. Turns out the man gave me the wrong information on what I needed and she let my husband run home and get the rest of the things. I would bet my life on the fact that he purposely gave me the wrong information. I will never go back to that post office!!!!!
