Unbelievable service! Misquoted me a price because there was a box near the scale which did not allow for the entire weight to be registered. I wanted the cheapest between priority and first class. I took the envelope I needed and the manuscript I was mailing and was quoted $4.00 and change. When she realized her mistake she then charged me $6.00 and change! I decided then that I would send the manuscript priority mail. She refused to refund the envelope price and then REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE MANUSCRIPT until I paid for the envelope. I read other reviews and agree that these women (along with others from the defunct Crabtree loaction) do a significant amount of racial profiling. They simply are not as friendly to white people as they are to blacks. I suggest you go elsewhere, even if its a bit out of the way.

Awful. I agree that the two women working there are racist as I was nothing but polite to them and they simply scowled at me. The USPS claimed to have attempted delivery of my package, but there was no left notice. I went to the closest post office which was this one and they didnt have my package but said to try the annex. Tried there, they said to check West gate. So the people here are either incompetent (likely) or intentionally sending me on a wild goose chase because Im white. Either way, both of those lazy people need to be fired. This is what you get from the government.

This is the absolute rudest post office Ive ever been in. I took 5 packages in and asked them to be scanned in so I can give customers tracking info. The place was empty. I was told that they only scan in 3. So I asked to see their policy that stated that and was told "I dont have to show you our policy". What ensued was ridiculous and the lady was rude, hateful, and lazy. Admittedly I did get a little rude back but it was after her being so rude and acting like they were doing me a favor just doing their job.

So I came in around 1:20 to ship a package but they close for lunch starting at 1:30. I was in a rush and trying to get it ready in time, and wound up leaving my wallet on the counter because they rushed me out. I came right back about 30 seconds after and knocked on the door and yelled that I needed to get my wallet off the counter. No dice, despite hearing them talking behind the door. So I reopened my unsent package and Im going to UPS to ship from now on. No wonder theyre going out of business...

The fact that theyre closed from 1:30-2:30 makes no sense. Why do both employees have to take lunch at the same time? Couldnt one person take lunch from 12-1 and the other from 1-2 while keeping the office open all the time? Typical government work. The women who work there are also frequently rude to the patrons. Just because you dont like your job doesnt mean you should take it out on us.

I missed the lunch hour business which seems to drive a lot of the negative reviews for this office. There was no line when I was there. I got in, sent my package and was off without issues. The staff was helpful enough, but then I didnt really need assistance. The office is convenient to my house and service was OK. Will likely use them again.

The ladies at Beryl road have always provided excellent service to me whenever I have gone in. I also ship out SIGNIFICANTLY more than the average person. Too bad there is no incentive for people to leave positive reviews. Ive found that if you approach any USPS employee hostility they are more likely reflect the same energy.

The women there are great and besides myself Ive seen them treat EVERYONE with kindness and respect I also see how well the customers like them as well. Keep doing what youre doing ladies, Im very proud to make this my post office for over 5 years. Also its very convient cause its minutes away from my job.

The employees here are always friendly and very willing to help! The parking lot is tiny, so I recommend going mid-morning before lunch or mid-afternoon after lunchtime. Ive never had a bad experience here. Definitely one of the better post offices in the area!
