So upset after going here. Went in because a staff member was given nativity scene stamps we couldnt use at work and didnt realize until she got to the office. The lady wouldnt let me exchange when I explained the situation (and was very rude about it ) and when I asked to buy 100 different ones she started ringing up Christmas trees! When I told her those were religious and wouldnt work either she said rudely that was all she had. I was shocked and asked for flags. Another woman said she would help me and they should switch customers. So I went to her and she was very nice and rung me up with flags. Then after she was done she said "I can tell you are having a bad day, I will pray for you." Completely shocked (again) at how insensitive and unprofessional the staff here was, I cant believe a government would allow this overtly insensitive and proselytizing behavior in employees.

The most important feature for a delivery service is that they BE OPEN!! If you work normal business hours you cant use this post office! They used to be open Saturday mornings and they had lines out the door! Any business doing that much business on a Saturday would EXTEND their hours, not completely close on Saturdays. Typical gov service - they dont care. This is why I will only use USPS when I absolutely have to. Everything else goes to UPS and FedEx. Mail should have been privatized years ago. They are friendly here, but that doesnt help me when theyre always closed!

Staff are always courteous and helpful. I will say that this place is hopping almost all day. Its rare to go in there and find nobody in line. I think that makes the customers in line a bit cranky, and IMO it takes a special kind of person to keep a smile when dealing with that much of the public. They did not have a lot of Christmas stamp selection this year, but I think that is because USPS wants you to order those by mail these days.

Ive used this post office for 5 years. They are really good. They have never lost my packages, have staff members walk around to assist people and answer questions in line when the lines are long. Very professional. Always help me find the best shipping options for my money and needs. I know what its like to deal with a bad post office that loose your packages EVERY TIME!!! I was afraid to even shop online!!

This place never has more than one person working the counter even though there are other employees who briefly appear at the front desk to ask if anybody is dropping off prepaid items. Why not have the extra employees deal with the customers instead of hiding out in back? Ive been in line for 45 minutes as I write this with no end on site. Avoid this post office at all costs.

The guy who does our route, Charlie, is totally awesome and has been working with USPS for something like 20 years. Hes very good about knowing who you are and whether the mail should go to your box or not. He also seems to remember EVERYTHING about packages he delivers, which is amazing to me considering he always seems to have 2 GIANT bags of them. Love these guys.

Had a great experience with this office today. I went in for a money order, and the staff was very knowledgeable and able to complete my request quickly and without issue. The only reason that I have not rated a 5/5 is due to one of the two registers not being able to accept cash payments. This was an inconvenience for some and slowed the movement of the line.

They did not inform me at all about my international shipping options, so a very expensive package was sent without tracking or insurance. It still cost $33 for a small package so I mistakenly assumed that information was on my receipt. Now the package has not been delivered and they tell me I have no way to track it and no options at all...really upsetting.

Our business ships quite a bit through the Post Office in Morrisville and have found it to be well run with professional people who care about their work. Our route driver Michelle is great and never complains even when she has to make an extra trip because our large boxes overwhelm her truck. A first class person who is always in a good mood.

This post office is in a great location and is never that busy when I come which is usually in the mid-late afternoons. The staff have always helpful to me. I like that the pick-up right now for the outside mailboxes is 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday which is later than some other post office locations. This is very helpful for me.

Weekday hours roughly 9am to 5pm. Open Saturday mornings. Offers a selection of gift cards, greeting cards, and mailing supplies. Limited staff. Lobby open 24/7 for mailbox access. No automated Postal Center. I wish there was. Drive up mail drop outside.
