While I will admit they did have great customer service unfortunately the hair care that I received when I went there twice was sub par. I had gotten a crocheted Faux loc style; which unraveled within a week. When I went back they sewed it to make it tight again; however it unraveled all over again within another week. When I began to take out all of the sewing job the lady had done I found it was terribly sloppy and had knotted my own hair. The crocheted style had also begun to rip out my hair. Ill never go back.

Love the soap, got one for myself an my husband..I smell like cake and it feels soft on my skin, next is to try the hair....cant wait.

You have to try their soap! Honestly. Every bit of debris is removed and it leaves your skin well scented and soft.
