If there was an option to put zero stars I would. I told my stylist I would like it cut still fairly long, with a sort of V-shape down the middle. I come home crying because she literally hacked half a foot of my hair off with no V-shape whatsoever. If you think it cant get worse than this, it did. One side of my my hair is shorter than the other. It only looks straight if I tilt my head slightly to the left. There was only one lady there and she obviously didnt know what she was doing. IF YOU VALUE YOUR HAIR, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH IT!

Awful experience; some of their staff are rude and impolite. They dont listen to what you asked for and they cut your hair in a way that they want to cut. In other words, they are completely incompetent and unprofessional. Dont waste your time and money here.

Im a 30 year old male who went to Great Clips to have my haircut. They did a great job. Granted I didnt have anything overly complex done, but I hear they do a great job from women that I know.
